Fix it yourself
I just love my Dyson. It has lasted me for years and then my battery wouldn't stay charged. So I ordered a replacement. It was so easy to replace and worked so well and so so happy the filter replacements came with it. It's so durable and can feet in small places and under things too. It's so lite weight and with no annoying cord.

Completely Changed the Vacuum
My Dyson battery has started to die after a short time, and would make it pretty unusable for anything other than spot cleaning. Figured I would give this a shot instead of buying a new one. The fit was perfect and I took the opportunity to disassemble the rest of the pieces and scrub them clean. Paired with new filters and it’s basically new for a fraction of the cost.This was months ago and the new battery has been going strong since. I can run the vacuum as long as I need to clean the whole house with battery to spare - using both low and high settings. It definitely has noticeably longer run time than it did when new. Would recommend this for anyone who has a vacuum that’s a few years old.

Made my vacuum usable again
My several years old (but still good) Dyson vacuum would operate less than a minute before the battery would go dead. I ordered a replacement battery. Once received I did a quick test. Old battery went dead in 38 seconds. I easily installed the new battery and charged the vacuum then ran it. It ran for over 3 minutes and I was done vacuuming. I don't know how long it would have run had I run it until it ran out of juice. Good deal.

Battery would not hold a charge after first use.
We received and installed battery. Battery charged OK and gave blue light indication of full charge. We used our Dyson to vacuum with no problems and recharged with blue lights indicating charging process to full charge. Next use was more than 30 days after first use and battery was dead and would not accept a charge. We can't return since return window is closed. Original Dyson battery lasted 6 years before losing the charge in a shorter time of use.

Working so far
I’ve been using this for a few months. A definite improvement over the original OEM battery. Longer run time is great. So far no issues. If it lasts a year it’ll be a real value.
