Does what it is supposed to.
Like the male urinal, it is a very simple device that does only one thing, and does it well. We live in a desert climate and water is expensive, so getting enough, but not too much, water in our swamp cooler is essential. NOW, it does not match, exactly, the one that was there, which did not match its predecessor, but fortunately swamp coolers are very simple machines with lots of space, so making it fit was easy.
