LSSBOUGHT Set of 2 Luxurious Fabric Dining Chairs with Copper Nails and Solid Wood Legs (Light Gray)

I loved! it's better than i expected.

My chairs arrived in an undamaged box, but had some damage to the legs and a small stain on the back of one of the chairs. The seller has agreed to credit me a portion of my purchase, which I think is a good solution. They really are pretty chairs, aside from the damage. The balance issues that people are reporting are probably due to the way they are assembling the chairs- I say this because I had the same issue UNTIL I measured the loose legs and could tell they were the exact same length, so the seat must need to be balanced again. I loosened all the screws that attach the seat to the chair back, then, applying pressure to the seat to make it level, I tightened the center screw. From there, I tightened all other screws, and voilà! No more balance issues. I'm rating these as 4 stars because they are a good value, pretty chairs, and the seller is responsive and offers great customer service.

I purchased a set of 6 and a set of 2 of these chairs. They look very nice and were relatively easy to assemble. However, we just assembled them last week and discovered that one of the chairs doesn't have threads/threading in two of the holes where the screws are supposed to go. I signed on to Amazon to exchange the chair and received a notice that it was too late to return it. I think that that kind of policy should only pertain to items that you just decided you don't like, or that don't fit and want to return, but NOT to items you need to EXCHANGE due to MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Most manufacturer warrantees (except for electronics) are for at least a year. I'm very frustrated, because now I have a set of 7 chairs instead of eight. What am I supposed to do with a brand new table and a set of seven chairs? I'm supposed to buy an new chair from the place that should just be replacing the DEFECTIVE one that I already paid for???? Ridiculous.

I bought these chairs under the belief they were the color they advertised. Once received, they didn’t look light grey, they looked brown. I initiated a return and one was granted. However, I received a message of which I didn’t know that message are existed, under your account, scroll down to messages and you can see all messages. I didn’t know until I was trying to see how to find out why I haven’t received my refund yet. Anyway, I seen a message from the company there, when they’ve used my original email two times already🤔 so it seemed weird. So the email said “we’d like you to keep the chairs and perhaps you can find a home for them and we’ll gladly give you a $40.00 discount credit” 😡 umm 🧐 no! So still pay for chairs that were misrepresented and then try to sell them too. I was livid and contacted Amazon. Thank God they granted my claim against the company and I was issued a refund by them. Buyer beware of instances such as this and check that messaging area in your account 🧐🧐 (if you’re unaware it exists) 😱 the chairs did seem of good quality and well made, the color for me was nowhere near “light grey” wish I took a picture, sorry 😞

I really wanted to give this chair a 5 however...chair legs don't screw in exact leaving it a bit wobbly. It therefore isn't as sturdy. But I really like it bought it for my Mom as a christmas gift; she is pleased with it otherwise. Oh and the color description it came with was kinda funny it said grey but its more like a taupe color mix with dark beige lol
