Excellent products. Have been using post ACL op. Has been an integral part of my recovery. I will use these long term. Great for loads of ailments. Placement is much easier as it’s a gel formation so you can mould your pack. Worth the price

it is good to have a replacement to the old one. important to remember to only heat for as long as recommended on the pack, if you heat it for too long it shrinks and forms a ball.

The theraflex pads are exactly what I ordered. Just took a little while to arrive.

Bought these to fit in a non-labelled cover with Velcro strap from amazon and it fitted fine. These are bendier than the koolpak ones and more gel like.

A very useful product for back problems. I use it to heat or ice my back to reduce my pain..

I use for physio on back back but also freeze in hot weather, wrap in a tea towel and put under my feet in bed when I can't sleep because of super hot summer days.

These ice packs were smaller than those I bought previously and not useful for the purpose required. My fault for not reading the small print.

I have used the same make before as a cold compress. Very easy to use stayed cold for quite a long while. Good value for money. Not tried as a hot compress.

Awesome these r the best. They work hot or cold but do t get hard as rock due to its insides.

These are the best cold / hot packs ever. I have used these for years and am so glad I was able to still find them. . They are great both hot or cold. They are soft and flexible and mold to any part of your body. They hold temperature for a long time as well. Would highly recommend this product.

My boyfriend and I are always at the gym or somewhere hiking. This ice pack saved us multiple times from muscle pain and injuries. This is the only brand I like that I've tried! The temperature actually stays hot or cold and works for pain relief.Additionally:-it’s seriously leak-proof-they last forever-the gel forms to your body (Most of the ones on here are too watery even if they say “gel”)-I like that it’s non toxic and made of materials that are good for the environment.Next time I will order two!
