I have a deviated septum and it isn’t always convenient for me to take time to put a layer of Vicks in my nostrils before physical activity. These will help a ton. Haven’t used them since I was a child, but looking forward to keeping one in my bowling bag, in my “man bag”, and one on my night stand to help me breathe more comfortably when needed.

These are excellent at opening the sinuses. You can use them as often as needed. Strong scent but very effective, I breathe them in deeply, and it doesn’t bother me. If it seems too strong, you don’t have to breathe them in as deeply. Camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate, abies sibirica oil.

Works just like the Vick's Inhaler in clearing sinuses immediately, but at a way cheaper price. I give them as small gifts to relatives and friends that occasionally get that annoying stuffy nose.

These are not the cheap ones I unfortunately get sometimes. They are strong & the quality is really good! Totally recommend

Works great for clearing a stuffy nose! Nice that it’s compact also, easy to take on a plane or anywhere while traveling. And the good price on the multipack makes it easy to share with friends.

Ugh literally a life saver!!! I love using these whenever i have a cold or a horrible stuffy nose. I love the smell of mint, so it works out. If you don’t like the smell of menthol, then don’t buy these. The smell is extremely strong (as it’s meant to be) and it’s worth the money. I’ve never gone through one stick, as it just lasts that long.

My mom has been using these for as long as I can remember and she loves them.

Wasn’t expecting it to blow my sinuses out like it did. I wish I would have taken a video of me trying it and running around the room. Works tho
