I bought this for a friend in his 90s who has flown the saltire flag outside his smallholding for 60 odd years he asked me if i could get him a new Saltire as he cant get about so much so i got this he is absolutely delighted so much so i was ordered to but another the flag is double sided so will last long windy winters good quality at a really good price.

Great flag and great quality, had to return it as it was far too big for what I was looking to use it for.

I'm not sure if 'heft' is an appropriate term for a flag's material, but it is super heavy and has high quality heavy duty stitching.I live on the coast in Western Washington and the flags get absolutely pounded - they barely last a year.I have high hopes for this one as right out the packing it just feels so much more substantial.I also have to mention the colour - the Blue is frequently the incorrect shade - either too dark or too light. This one appears to be spot-on and so far, after a few months including wind, rain and sun, seems to be pretty colour-fast so far, too.I'm very impressed with this brand and when it does come time to replace, I believe I would purchase this one again.

This flag is made if quality material. I do not believe the wind will be able to tear it up.
