Very easy to put together, really comfortable and sturdy. It did come with a tear in the lumbar piece, I emailed SIHOO and told them the situation and hoping I wouldn't have to take it apart and send them the whole unit just to replace one piece. They emailed me back the same day and said they would mail me just the lumbar piece and I should get it in the mail in a week due to them having to send it from the main warehouse. Which is completely fine with me. Amazing chair otherwise and great customer service.

Amazon dangled a Prime membership in front of me, promising two-day shipping, so I signed up. After checking out, my delivery was still listed as six days. Feeling bamboozled, I reached out to Amazon for an explanation. Before I could even speak to a human, I had to battle their chatbot. Once I finally got through to a real person, they were reluctant to offer any real resolution.The chair was shipped via FedEx, and to Amazon’s credit, it did arrive in about 3–4 days. However, now that it came on a weekday, I had to leave work to bring it inside instead of receiving it over the weekend as originally promised.I also contacted the chair’s manufacturer to ask why I was misled. Their customer service rep apologized and offered me a $10 credit. I accepted, but strangely, the credit was never mentioned again.Bottom line: The chair is excellent, but if you’re buying it on Amazon, be prepared for a frustrating purchasing experience.

Product was as advertised. Easy instruction manual included. The chair rocks back a little, so that’s nice. Arm rests go up. Nice neck and back support. Seat could be a little softer. Overall nice chair and would recommend.
