Great for the money on a 4th gen 4runner! Pretty easy install.
The media could not be loaded. Mounted the winch bumper up to my 2003 V8 4runner and paired it with a Vevor synthetic rope winch. The install was pretty straight forward if you pay attention to the instructions. I’d also suggest watching the YouTube video from Dillan’s Garage. As already mentioned, the Tacoma has 3 mounting points and the 4runner has 4 so you have to drill another hole in each side of the mounting plate. The bumper holes were slightly off so I had to widen them with a step bit…nothing huge but it wasn’t going to mount onto the horn studs without modification (misalignment shown in photo). I mounted up AuxBeam 4 inch JK fog/turn halos. Waiting in adapters before I wire them up.Thus far, I’m happy with the mounting and solidity of the bumper. For the cost, you can’t beat it for a 4th gen 4runner. I do offroad, but I don’t spend all my paychecks on mods and I don’t get too crazy because I also tow a travel trailer on and offroad. The winch is mainly for light use so I don’t feel like I need a combined $5k bumper/winch setup.Btw, I’m pushing 50 yrs old, 5’2, 140 lbs. I am mechanically inclined. I assembled and installed the bumper myself. I did get a second pair of hands when I took the bumper off and mounted the winch in order to lift it onto the horn studs a little faster.

Fits 4th gen 4Runner with modifications
I installed this on my 4th gen 4Runner 4wd and it fit perfectly with 2 small modification. You need to dill 1 hole on each frame bracket because the Tacoma brackets have 3 bolts and the 4Runner has 4 bolts. Everything else just lines up with no issues. I will update if I have any issues.

Damaged paint
unboxed and it looks great, but just about every single part has paint missing or scratches or like gouges. Still going to run it, but just want to note mine did come in damaged already

Works for a 4th gen with minimal modification
This works great with a 4th gen 4runner with drilling and extra hole in the mounting brackets. I think it looks pretty good and is definitely the cheapest way to get a winch bumper on a 4th gen! The powder coating is sub par and flaked away a little but for the price it can't really be beat.
