Delicious condiment
We discovered this in small restaurants in Punta Arenas, Chile, where it was out on the tables with the mustard. It's got great flavor and is only mildly hot. We tried it on french fries and it was a definite improvement over ketchup. Goes well on sandwiches, meats, almost any savory dish. A low-calorie, low-carb alternative to the corn syrup and vinegar goop sold as ketchup in the US.

If you ever have an itch to light your rectum on fire, avoid the smell of burning flesh and try Don Juan aji. This stuff will change your life, one way or the other.
