Q: How easy is it to print with flexible filament? Do you have a recommendation on typical settings when printing with flexible filaments?

It isn't recommended for flexible filament, only PLA.. I actually regret buying it.. Should have bought the any cubic or another delta. It's made to make printing easier but because they use their own type of gcode and they also have their own version of cura it limits what you can do. Like vase mode isn't available on the neva

Q: How large are the dimensions?

The print area is 7" wide by 8" high.

Q: Can you replace the nozzle with a hardened nozzle?

According to the documentation any changes done to the machine will void the 1 year manufacturers warranty. I'd reach out to them direct an discuss that so you know for certain. their support is quite helpful and polite.
