Great price for multipurposes
I got this headset for a coworker for work. My job is consistent with a lot of teleworking and getting as much information from my callers. My coworker had a lot of pros and a few cons with the headset.Pros:1: The battery life on the headset can last three days straight from an 8 hour shift.2: The microphone is clear with the USB dongle connected to the computer.3: No issues making phone calls, and a clear, loudspeaker to listen to music.4: The price is great for a headset that has qualities compared to a headset that has a name brand.Cons:1: The battery case shows how much battery life is left on the pack, but no button to check the status of the pack. The only way to see the display is to charge the headset.2: The headset does not tell you how much percentage of battery life is in use.3: The ear pierce has no option for bigger loops for different ears.I can honestly say this is a good headset and recommend buying it. Can't wait to see a second generation with better options in the future.

Fantastic Little Headset!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have this headset for a while now and it works great. It can connect to two different Bluetooth. It hangs around the ear, so it doesn't fall out of ear and doesn't bother me for an 8 hr shift.it is ergonomic and small, not bulky.I can charge it with the base or directly connected to a charger. It holds the charge for the entire workday. The base is also a carrier and protects the earpiece when in a backpack. It is pretty easy to setup and auto connects as soon as I pick it up from the base or turn it on.Also, it auto disconnects when set on the base. The sound is pretty good for a small device and the mic picks up voices without any issues.Customer service is great also. They respond within 24 hrs and take of issues immediately without lengthy discussions.

Best headset out there, and awesome customer service!
**Update**I reached out to the manufacturer regarding the broken piece on the headset and they were super helpful! They listened to my concerns and immediately sent a new headset! I am grateful and would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller! It works really well also.I bought this headphone because it wasn’t cheap and the reviews were good. I felt confident that it would perform well. However, less than a year of regular use and it has begun to come apart at the seam. This headphone works well, but if you need something for every day use, it is probably best to choose something a bit more durable. As you can see in my photo, I had to put tape on the flexible part, because just by putting on and taking off during the day, it has started coming apart. I wear my headphones all day, only taking off for lunch and restroom breaks. It is a shame because I like this one a lot, but because this has happened I will have to purchase something different because I don’t want the same thing to happen again.

Overall this a great headset
Overall this a great headset. I'm a package delivery driver and obviously can't hold my phone to make it talke calls while driving. I also recently upgraded my phone to the S24 Ultra and wanted a headset that was Bluetooth 5.3 compliant but wasn't overly expensive. This one for the price fit the bill on what I was looking for.It has excellent range as well as being able to connect to 2 devices at once which comes in handy when I need to connect it to the tablet in the delivery truck for turn by turn directions and my phone for calls. The tablet can't get loud enough to overcome the trucks noise without being able to connect it to some kind of speaker system or head set so using this set works great. The call clarity is great. Only time there tends to have an issue is when I am in an area with 1 bar of service and then people say it sounds a little "tinny" as if I am talking through metal can but not super bad and if I transition to a spot and my bars go from 1 to 2 bars the clarity goes back to being great again. That doesn't happen if I am in my personal vehicle and using its built in mic or if I am say out hunting and just using my phone with no headset and it's 1 bar so it's definitely related to this headset. But again it's only in an area with 1 bar and goes back to great sound clarity when I get 2 bars. It's fairly comfortable but like any in ear headphone or headset over a long period of time you will notice it. However I have found that the more I use it the more my ear gets used to it and the less it bothers me during the work day over the long sessions of wearing it. The battery housing that goes over the ear can also get a little uncomfortable over time but again you will ever start to get used to it the more you use it so it's one of those things you just gotta give time to.Now for some things that need improvement. There's a tiny bit of lag between when the phone starts to ring in my pocket and when it starts to ring in my ear. Same when it gives me directions from the tablet for work. That needs to be improved but I doubt there's a way to any kind of firmware update to this device to fix that. The headset will also not tell you who is calling apart from the digits of the phone number even if the number is in your contacts. If my boss is calling me while on route and his name is in my phone it won't say his name. I have a pare of JBL headphones I use while mowing the lawn or other around the house tasks that can take calls and they say the names on my contacts list. So it's not an issue with my phone it's a limitation of this headset. Even my car tells me who's calling if they are on my contacts list. The other issue I have with it is the swivel ear piece that goes into your ear is limited. It can't rotate enough to get to a more comfortable position for me so I have to tilt it down some to get it where I want it needs a minimum 270° rotational arc to better fit into the ear for people vs just a 180. That would make it SOOOO much better and more comfortable. If it wasn't for those issues it would have been 5* but not everything can be. And for a $40+ head set I can't complain to much it's been great so far. I've used it just over a month and no major issues. I will try and update in a year providing there's nothing that warrants an update sooner.
