Great quality, reliability, and price. For years I've been taking one split in half (just 50mg) to start my morning. Also useful for long days when I'm not in the mood for coffee.

I like the fact that these have less caffeine than coffee or other pills. They provide just the boost I need without over stimulating or leading to a heavier crash later in the day

These work as intended and it's nice to get caffeine without filling up with liquid sometimes. These are especially helpful on long car rides where you'd rather not make a million bathroom stops. The pills are tiny so they are easy to swallow. I prefer the 100mg (half a cup of coffee) so I avoid the jitters. If it's not enough, I take another.
