Not for beginners
The media could not be loaded. From one who is old enough to remember the cb750f it was a trustworthy reliable workhorse. With this model I wanted to show that and Tamiya allowed me to do just that. These models are of a very high standard with very high detail and fit together.perfectly without little or no effort. Some parts can be challenging but very satisfying when you finish it. Having said that I did make it harder for myself by adding LEDs. Would certainly by another of their product and indeed have.

Great model
Like all Tamiya kits, this is a good quality, very detailed model. Good decals and use of rubber for the tyres is great. My one complaint is the engine parts are all a very good chrome effect, whereas in reality this should be a dull silver colour, so for authenticity you need to paint the engine too.

Nostalgia at its best
Love this model, even though it wasn’t for me.This was brought as gift.Arrived it speedy time.Pictures clear on the box and the model looks amazing when complete. It’s a shame it doesn’t come with a small tube of glue.Overall all my friend was very happy to receive this, and he said he had fun building it like the old air fix kits you used to get as child

Wow testing at times but worth the effort
Great fun , really enjoying, someone mentioned about the decals not being stickers , just soak them in warm water and they slide off ,luckily had some spare metallic grey paint , now looking for another model , Thanks Tamiya

Small but delicious
The scale (1:12) makes the pieces quite small. However, the pieces fit well, which is what Tamiya is known for.

worth it
as I haven't ever bought a model kit before I originally got it as a test to see how difficult it was to put together before I got invested in more expensive kits, meaning i got this as a cheap experiment. (now if they did the big daddy cbx1000 in its 6 cylinder glory i would have put in the effort straight off the bat but the baby 750 is alright enough i guess)funnily enough I had a good time building it and came out with a decent looking model even though i put in minimal effort making it.the reason i gave it a 4/5 and not higher is for a couple reasonsfirst off i spent what felt like hours trying to peel the stickers to no avail since it seems to be printed on cardboard not a sticky back sheet like one would expect now this could just be me with my hamfistedness or they just really aren't stickers (i ended up cutting and gluing, to be honest it looks better than the pictures)second is because you should be ready to splash out on gloves, filler, primer and paint if you want to do a good clean job meaning you will also need a compressor and spray gun + a clean ventilated space to spray (i didnt invest so you're seeing the bare plastic as its provided)the reason i say you need paint is primarily to do with the pre painted chrome parts, as soon as you cut or file them they have glaring imperfections. these should ideally be stripped and repaintedon a side note the model as a whole feels lighter than it looks which gives off a slight cheap feel but only when you pick it up, sat on a desk no one can tell of course. on the other hand the tyres feel super high quality compared to the rest of the model. the rubber is some well moulded super grippy stuff
