Pleased to obtain these refills as a major retailer had advised they were not available. A bit uneven inkflow for a short time, but once “run in” clean and smooth action.

Pleased to find these as Paper Mater original refills are non existent, I have a number of "Old" Paper Mate ball pens which these fit perfectly.The only one that it doesn't fit perfectly is my stainless steel Slim Heart pen, it fits and pops out at the tip but doesn't retract properly unless the top part of the pen is unscrewed a fraction, this is not to much of a problem and is due to the point end not having the second ridge like the original cartridges.I can live with this minor hitch as I love my Paper Mate pens........its a shame that this tiny difference mars an otherwise brilliant product.Still well worth the money to resurrect my beloved pens.

Well, they fit in the pen and they definitely are the colour that I ordered, so I would say that's a positive vote.I cannot, however speak for their longevity as I am not one to write a great deal. But they do the job splendidly.

Perfect for what i need.

Wrong size for my Papermate pen, too long and too thick. My pen is a very old very thin biro. I thing that it is possible that it is no longer made.

I got a small drill bit to remove the seal just below the lower threads of the pen, as the refill is Not a paper mate brand . This allows the refill to fit perfectly.

A little dissapointed that they didn’t come in a sealed pack as did the original. Particularly so, considering the price. Only time will tell if they still work when they are needed.

I recently found an old Papermate pen that I've had for years and the ink had obviously dried up. I tried various places without any success for the refill(s) .... and good old Amazon came up trumps - all working well again - brilliant !!
