The package came in on time, got them installed and everything works!!!!!!

The image’s shown does not match the received item. There is NO zerk fitting on the TRQ lower ball joint and had a snap ring which also wasn’t shown in the image. It was one of the reasons I chose this product. So I can re-grease them. Additionally there were no branding on the ball joints to indicate the manufacturer. Had to install it anyway cause I had already taken apart the control arms and needed to complete the job. Questionable if it is the real or a fake brand item.

A little job installed but perfect fit looks great. Works well.

Part number is correct but one worked and the other was stuck. They refunded my money and I appreciate that. What I will say is. It happens. I have multiple parts on my truck from this same brand. So I won't say don't buy this brand. I just was unlucky this time 😭. Remember it's man made. There will always be that one bad batch or item. It happens.
