The addition of a blanket insert for the infrared sauna blanket is important. The insert is soft, good quality material, big enough to go inside. Additionally the insert keeps the inside of the sauna blanket cleaner, clean up is a breeze.

I specifically ordered this blanket after reviewing several online for a couple weeks. I chose this because it said on several sites that it allows you to choose 1 degree increments on the controller from 85-185. It doesn’t have that feature it is simply 1-6 levels. It definitely gets very hot if you preheat it for about 15-20 mins. Would be nice to know what temp it is instead of just a 1-6 setting

I love infrared spas. There are none in my area that are affordable. My daughter bought an infrared blanket where she lives and loves it. Hers is a much more expensive brand. I bought this one for half the price and it works perfectly. I am in love with it. I spend appr. 35 minutes in it on level 6, then cool down for a period of about 30 minutes, then take a sea salt bath for 30 minutes, then shower. I do this for the detox process. I am left feeling great and energized. I try to repeat 3 times a week at minimum. This blanket works as it is described. No problems. I highly recommend it.

I got this on July 7th, used it on level 4 for 2 days and decided to crank it up to level 6. Yeah it gets hot and I sweat a ton. On the 14th It would shut off after 30 minutes and show what I think is an error code that displays "EF" I'm not sure what that means because the users manual doesn't mention error codes at all. It would still get warm, but it never got really hot after that. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a new one. I used it yesterday and it worked great. I am hoping that this one continues to work the way it's supposed to. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this and used an EMF reader on it and you can clearly see it is anything but low emf. Anything over 40v (top number) is high and cancer causing. This reads 325!!!!! This is INSANELY high emf. Wish I had known sooner to test it. I basically nuked myself for months. So I want to warn anyone looking into buying this or any of these blankets or little tents sold on Amazon claiming low EMF. If it's not like $1400 or more it most likely is false advertisement and NOT low EMF! BUYER BEWARE and do yourself a favor and get an EMF reader before using anything claiming low EMF. The reader was like 24 bucks. Other than that it is a nice blanket and I did sweat a lot using it but its going in the trash and I am working on getting my money back. This is NOT safe.

This review is for the sauna insert. The material is a waffle knit. I thought it would be thicker/fluffier/softer. Laying in it in the sauna is very rough. Not the comfortable experience I was looking for. Especially uncomfortable when you have to scoot into it in the sauna. But it was very roomy and tall enough for it to come to my chin- I'm 5'7. It helped with the clean up, absorbed most of the sweat. Unfortunately, it shrunk horribly in the wash. For something like this you HAVE to wash it on warm to get it clean! I mean, I sweated profusely for over an hour in it. But now it only comes to my ribs. So the sweatiest areas are not covered at all. I really wish this had been made better because I really like the idea! If the manufacturer does try again I would suggest a much softer material, closing only 2 1/2 sides so you don't have to scoot in, and using a pre-shrunk cotton so customers don't have to return item. For now I am going to get two towels and make my own.

It works and shuts off automatically. Using and working the controller and heat level. Being cautious in not harming self. Product is sturdy and heavy. Looks well made and zipper works great. Hint read all instructions.

First of all, ultra soft is not accurate at all. I do like that these sauna towels are 100% cotton and waffle weave, but they are not soft, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. They are also very linty. I washed them before use, and found little balls of white fluff everywhere. I am hoping that subsequent washes will help with both the lack of softness, and the abundance of linty bits. They do seem to shrink a little in the wash, but can be stretched back out by hand. Size wise, they are much narrower than the sauna blankets, and very short. I'm 5'1 and the top barely reaches my shoulders. If you're tall, these won't work for you at al, unless you want to wear a shirt along with itl. They are constructed like a sleeping bag, stitched closed at the bottom and the free side close to the top. Many said that when laid in the bag, it was hard to wriggle into it, and I can see why that would be the case. I solved that by getting into the towel first (like you were going to be in a sack race), pull the upper part over my shoulders, then get into my sauna blanket. Works like a charm. Closing the sauna blanket and then wriggling the towel back up into position requires a little dexterity, but once in I suppose the narrow fit helps me lay still and try to relax. So, bottom line is that this is preferable to having to wear clothes in the sauna blanket, but it could sure use some improvements both in size and comfort.

Really helps you relax, gets very hot so keep the temperature around 50 degrees to start, then work up from there, gets very sweaty 👍

I bought this blanket for my daughter who suffers with Fibromyalgia, and she is in constant pain,She says it is fantastic especially when she uses it just before bed,it helps a lot to ease the pain,and she gets a relaxing sleep.It won't cure her condition but it so helps.she still as to take pain killers throughout the day.I would recommend this product.

I thought I'd give it a go but soon realised that it just wasn't for me.It does have a strong smell & it's huge!It didn't make me sweat like the demonstration video shows.I sent it back via collect from my house within 3 weeks of persevering with it & within a week I had the full refund back in my account.It may work for others but it just wasn't for me.

Overall, having used this daily for a week, I am glad I purchased it. It definitely isn't QUITE the same as an acutal sauna, it gets very warm (though I have to put to hottest setting, personally), but I don't really break into a sweat. I think having your head out does mean you lose heat a bit, but I expect in summer it will be more effective. That said, it is very relaxing and cozy, and I do come out after 30 minutes feeling refreshed and more vibrant, as you would after a spell in the sauna. In terms of value for money, this is the cheapest blanket I could find on the internet, but I wouldn't want to spend any more. I do think this sort of thing is slightly overprice - it is essentially a fancy electric blanket. I didn't find the controller awkward, but I don't change the settings once I am in it. I turn it on at 50 degrees, for 15 minutes before I get in, just before climbing in I reset the timer for the length of time I plan to be in and put the temperature to the max - 80 degrees. Worth noting if you are a >6' person it's likely going to be too short.

The blanket works and we love using it - thanks again for helping us!We opened the product, there were no signs of tampering, inside we had the blanket not the remotegreat delivery, we have ordered one of these for all our locations, however we had to disappoint our clients at one location due to the lack of controller.
