Bunting is a loosely woven worsted wool or cotton textile that dates back to the early 17th century, when it was first used to manufacture ribbons and flags. Our surplus is the same beautiful blue cotton fabric used in the production of the many American flags that have flown over our country! *All of our products are Made in America with a portion of each bag constructed from military surplus material.
