This really helps with knee and joint pain once you put it on wear a sock or if it’s for your knees make sure you wrap it. It may burn a little or it feel like it burns a little bit. It’s absorbing it.

Helps the achiness
I haven't used it much, but seems to help the achiness in my knees somewhat. Will continue to use the cream-- rub it in over the knees.

Please don’t waist your Money!!
Money Wasted!! Horrible Product!! 1: This is NOT a gel! The package says “ointment” but it comes out of the tube as a lotion. 2: There is no “Bee Venom” or anything similar in the ingredients. The actual ingredients are Wintergreen oil, flower clove oil, Borneol, eucalyptus oil, camphor, peppermint oil….. then a lot of “extracts” including elderberry, mulberry,Spatholobus herbal extract, and I could go on. This product is a SHAM!! AMAZON, do better. You make enough as a company to be able to vett some of your products!
