Arrived without packaging but yarn bundle still intact
This has the look and feel of DMC perle cotton 5 for embroidery. I have both for tape weaving they both are strong and hold their shape. Haven't yet tested for crochet I'm sure it will work smoothly. Chance find perle cotton on 100g ball as normally they are on skein or 10g. The only issue I order 3 other colours and this gold happened to arrived without packaging since it was still intact only minor thing.

Love DMC petra
I have quite a few balls of this in various pairs as I use it to make tassels. Love the stuff, just wish Amazon would also sell size 8 (thinner thread)

Really beautiful
I’ve made several collar necklaces. Please be aware this isn’t metallic and it doesn’t shine. It’s a beige sort of colour and matte. I would recommend this.
