Very small tablets easy to swallow, I have only been taking for 2 days and all my aches and pains and stiffness have gone away. Coincidentally I have no idea !

It's too soon to make a judgement on the effectiveness of this food supplement. However I can say that the tablets are easy to take, economic to purchase and, so far, without any side-effects. I have used the supplier previously, Iron Tablets to treat "Restless Legs" and can confirm that they are a professional and effective business to deal with and "Restless Legs" are no longer a problem for me.

I started taking them but checked with my pharmacist and he said because I’ve got gallstones turmeric could make things worse.

Easy to swallow great health benefit

Small and easy to swallow.This is my first time of buying this brand, my previously brand purchase was great and made a noticeable difference in reducing shoulder pain. This seems to be working equally as well but I noticed the other one more as it stopped the pain whereas this seems to have kept it away just as well as the other product. The inside of this packet is quite yellow and the product can stain fingers whereas my last one didn’t. That’s the only downside.
