Great Overall Package
I write "package" here because for me this ended up being more than just the battery. The versatility of this product with the charger is really a huge selling point that I didn't even know about before I bought it. I bought this as a backup battery about 5 months ago to use for my laptop while on the go, as I do a lot of heavy 3D rendering and video editing, I lose battery like nothing else. Being able to get a few more hours out of use on the go is huge for me. But I found myself also using the charger included with this more often than the actual battery. I use the battery while I am on the go, and now use this charger as my on the go charger (as it also has 2 included fast chargers that allow me to charger my phone or other camera accessories quickly off the same charger as my laptop. Then having the fast charger on the battery itself along with 3 USB ports, I pretty much am always good to go. Being able to charge the battery while also charging my laptop is a big plus too. There are a few things you should know. The battery (as all batteries do) has a bit of weight to it. I don't consider this a con, but you should be aware of it as it is an "on the go" product and you are most likely carrying it in your laptop bag. It also can get kind of hot when fast charging a phone or charging the laptop. I have had this problem with pretty much any fast charger, and they included a great lightweight breathable mesh bag that I keep the battery in which allows me to not worry about it overheating and still pick it up without worrying about the heat. (Not sure exactly how hot it has gotten before, I have never measured it, but I know it has gotten hot enough where you would not want to hold it for more than a little bit.) I think this is just more the nature of large batteries like this... electricity makes heat. But again you should be aware. Other things to note: I never use the flashlight. It's cool I guess, though not very bright. Definitely not why you are buying this though. The button I found confusing a little, to begin with. I am sure they explain it in the paperwork that came with the battery but... its a battery so I never really read it haha. Anyway, it seems there are 2 types of power outputs. One signified by the lights all being green, the other by them all being red. So changing between (I think its 15v and 12v, not sure) is signified through that. Also whether the battery is on or off is hard to tell, I think it just turns on when something is plugged in and turns off when something isnt? So the lights are really just indicated battery level when you click them but I am not sure. The charging level indicator isn't always super accurate for me while it is plugged in. Sometimes it will say it is at 1 (of 4) dots but when I unplug it it corrects itself and says it is fully charged. I have only experienced that a few times. Nothing that has ever slowed me down, but something to note. I have never had any issues with the charger itself (it has only ever gotten slightly warm) and none of the things listed above were really "issues" for me with the battery but I wanted to be transparent. Overall I was considering buying this for a long time and am glad I finally did, it was a little bit of an investment but it gave me the confidence to be able to work on larger projects on the go without worrying about having to stop in the middle or losing something because my battery died. P.S. I did have a brief issue with the surface connect cable they sent me. It worked great for 5 months and then the rubber where it meets the connector started to melt a little bit. Not sure if this was something caused by me not having it plugged in all the way but I stopped using it immediately and contacted their support and they shipped me a new one no questions asked. I assume this was just a fluke cable issue as I hadn't really seen anyone else having this problem. So I wouldn't consider it too much while making your purchase, and they had a quick and very helpful customer service experience directly on their website.

A Great Package
I was sitting next to a guy at a conference when my Surface was running out of power. The guy next to me handed me his BatPower battery and got me over the bump and I had one ordered that day, First of all, I am very satisfied with this product. Solved a problem that I get into often using my Surface in a meeting or where I cannot find a 110v outlet to power up with. If one needs to be moving around with a Surface, you do not need to be looking for a wall outlet with this battery set up. This is a complete kit with all the cables needed to get on the road. The battery charger that comes with the kit will work the same as the Surface power supply without the battery too; a nice plus for traveling. The power supply/charger also has a quick charge and regular power USB ports to charge up other devices too. Really handy. The BatPower battery can be charged up with the power supply and I can also use the battery with my Surface at the same time as it has a lot of capacity. The BatPower battery itself is has a lot of functionality. It has a pair of USB power ports for powering up my WiFi Jet Pack and iPhone and also a quick charge USB port. I have not used this but it also has a micro USB input that I assume can be used to re-charge the battery but probably a slower rate than the 110 volt battery charger. What I did not expect is how the BatPower can recharge the Surface battery without an oulet. I can run all day away from a 110v outlet all day with this set up. The kit comes with a bag to carry all of the parts. Comes with all of the cables needed with Velcro cable ties. A very nice and complete package. I have been using this now for a month and it is a great companion for the Surface.

Portable battery works well
So the battery itself works really well. On long days, it is capable of keeping my Surface pro 7 charged and my phone (previously a Note 8 now a Note 20 Ultra). I can charge my note 20 ultra between 5-6 times. We took it camping for a few days and charged 2 note ultras and still had about a quarter of juice left. Over all the battery is great. IT can even charge my surface pro 7 for about 4-5 times. The issue is the charger for the battery itself it is a 120w charger with 2 USB 3.0 outputs. Model on their website states S120B. The thing is this brick/charger alone is about $50. So when mine broke within the warranty period I reached out to them via email and within a day or two I had a "replacement" on the way. I got a 90W charger instead of the 120W... I have since then been trying to reach them to return the 90W charger and get the correct one But have received no responses in the past 2-3 weeks once I received the incorrect charger. It may not seems like much but the 30W difference is pretty significant when you are talking about time it takes to charge the power bank or other devices like a surface pro 7. Couple that with the fact that the original brick had 2 USB 3.0 with quick charge capability vs the one that I got sent and you start to see the issues. Almost all current devices now use some version of fast charging or quick charging. and I honestly am not a fan of waiting 4+ hours for a phone to charge, or 6+ for a tablet.

Mostly works as intended after 30 months. Mostly
So first and foremost, I purchased this for work travel. The Battery is great at keeping my phone charged and anything small I need to charge when no outlet is available. Cons- 1) the end of the Surface charger (cap) popped off and is just open. 2) I have never been able to power my laptop using the only the Brick. Always needed the brick into the battery to my Surface. 3) The battery dies when it is plugged into the Surface by itself. I absolutely love this battery but not for charging my Surface.

I bought the BatPower ProE 2 ES7B 98Wh to charge my Surface Pro 7, which is a device that uses significant power and this product provides that power. It provides peace of mind when operating away from a power outlet, charging up my surface from 32% in fast time. It is a quality product, providing carious cables for all my devices, portable charger, powerbank and soft case. I am pleased with the choice of Surface cable or the the option to use USB-C if preferred. The delivery was super fast, especially over the Holiday break. Great customer service. I am pleased to recommend this item. Worth the money!

With apologies to Crocodile Dundee for the headline, but that classic scene from the movie seemed appropriate to be honest. I've got lots of power packs of all sizes to suit all occasions, but even the most powerful of them is left in the dust of this baby. I was going to say little baby, but that really wouldn't be accurate as it's quite a beast truth be told. Which might be a problem for some as it is neither the smallest nor lightest of devices, especially if you need the mains charger part of the package. I weighed the main battery pack and this came in at 460g, the mains charger and plug is another 350g, making a total of 810g if you want to carry the lot. However, most of the time I don't need the whole shebang and the 460g of the main unit is a fair exchange for the pure power it offers up. And that's the whole point of this thing, it's not a cheap low-powered booster it's a real power pack that delivers enough ooomph to keep you working long after other units have given up. I bought this as I needed something with that additional ooomph to ensure my newly purchased Microsoft Surface Go could survive longer than 3 or 4 hours, and I'm glad I did. It has already allowed me to keep working throughout a long (10 hour) transatlantic flight. Talking of which, being rated at 98Wh (output is 90W) it's suitable for carry-on to your flight as it's under the 100Wh limit. That's important! Also important is the fact that this pack comes with *everything* I needed to use with the Surface Go, including the all important magnetic surface charging cable. Not that you are restricted to just charging a Surface device, that's the other big plus factor here: I can charge most any of my devices, at the same time. There's a Quick Charge (QC 3.0) USB output at a max 15W, and two 5V QA USB outputs at a max 5W. Plus the 90W output that uses the power cable. In addition there are two inputs, either a 5V 15W micro USB or a 90W AC power socket. I like the on/off button that prevents accidental discharge, and the multi-function LED display. I really love that, when needed for longer trips where I can pack the additional AC charger pack into my hold baggage, I can charge the power pack and my Surface Go at the same time. About the only thing I don't really need is the built-in LED flashlight, but your mileage might vary. Would I recommend it? Erm, I think I just have...

Hi, I bought this Power Bank (26K version) for my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (CPU i5). It works PERFECT and helps the device work for a whole day (it depends on your usage)... It's AMAZING... At first, I was a little hesitant to buy the current version (ES7B -> for Microsoft Surface Devices) or the other version (EX7B -> for Apple and other Laptops) because the output of ES7B is 12V-15V and the output of EX7B is 15V-20V... Microsoft Surface Pro 6 needs 15V so maybe you think (like me) that buying EX7B (15V-20V) with buying a Surface Charging Cable separately is more useful... But be very careful!!! If you have both Apple Macbook and Surface Pro 6 and your priority is using the power bank for your Apple Macbook Devices, then go for EX7B and buy a Surface Charging cable separately, but if your priority is using the power bank for your Surface Pro 6, I suggest you to go for ES7B, because the default output of EX7B is 20V and for switching it to 15V, you must press power button twice! If you forget (because of any reason) to switch EX7B output and connect 20V to your Surface Pro 6, it may be very dangerous for your Surface device! While the default output of ES7B is 15V (by switching the output, it changes to 12V), so you can easily use 15V output with your Microsoft Surface Devices (new versions) very fast and without any concern about switching the power... Here is my review about this product: -> The Packaging is very GOOD... -> The Materials of the product are very high quality and solid... -> The Size of power bank (26K version) is small and very easy to carry with/without its carrying bag (light weight). I have small hands and it fits in my hands easily (see the attached pictures)... -> The Power Adapter is light weight and relatively small. It's bigger than the Surface Pro 6 power adapter but with 2 USB charger and more Power output, it's much better... -> The Power Bank becomes warm (not hot) in charging and discharging times which is normal and is not annoying at all... -> The LED indicators and flash light on the power bank are very good, bright, and useful... -> The Power Button on the power bank uses as a function button too for switching output powers and turning ON/OFF the flash light and indicators. It's not very complicated and you can easily learn how to use it... Don't forget to press the power button once when you connect the power bank to your devices to start charging... -> The USB charger outputs work perfect with almost all Android mobile phones and tablets... -> The package includes all essential cables for charging Microsoft Surface devices (except Surface RT that you should buy the cable separately if you need it) and Mobile Phone cables... -> The Microsoft Surface charging cable is very high quality and it is very similar to the original Microsoft Surface charging cable with the light indicator and powerful magnet... -> I was a little concern about carrying this power bank into the airplane! I couldn't find any comment on the internet that someone had problem before, but the BatPower company recommend to ask your airline about it to prevent any security issues... Overall, this product is REALLY UNIQUE and USEFUL and I highly recommend it for everyone who has Microsoft Surface and Android Devices... I hope this review is useful for you... Kind Regards, M.R.M

自己放電が早すぎる。 満充電後、一週間置くと放電されていていざ使おうとすると、使えない。 価格も高いので買う価値はない。
