Can it be used on a faux leather interior?

I wouldn't recommend it. Being that it's a protective/supreme shining agent. Now as for, the faux leather I just use mild warm soapy(dawn) water and a dry cloth.

Is this same as the hyper dressing? If not, where can I buy a gallon of this? Thanks

No. Hyper dressing can be diluted 5:1. It is not available in gallon jugs, sorry. Vic

Does this work well on tires?

Meguiar's G7516 Endurance Tire Gel - 16 oz. is the best for your tires. Supreme shine for interior. The gel lasts a long time. best ever!

What can be used on weather tech floor liners

I assume you mean to clean the floor liners. I use Meguiars All purpose cleaner with a brush. Works amazing. All puprose cleaner comes in a gallon container but is super concentrated and last forever. Supreme shine is better for the dash board and interior doors to make it shine not clean.
