This spray has a learning curve that's certain. The package says 12 sprays! If I would have done 12 sprays that would be a disappointing night for my wife and me. I would recommend starting with maybe 3 sprays just to see how it works/reacts for each individual. If you're not happy with the results increase the sprays the next time till you find the sweet spot. Make sure you wipe it off however after 10-15 minutes as it says. If it is does properly, you are in for a fun time with your misses!

Not sure how much this is supposed to really contribute to the delay of eruption but it seemed to do a little. The stray was cool and kinda had a tingle to it, if that was not a placebo effect in my mind. The delay was slightly noticeable but the better part was that there was no significant burning or itch sensation that can accompany some of these remedies.

There was a very strong burning sensation, my skin was burned, for which I also went to the hospital, so don't buy it, it's a junk product.

This spray definitely works. The instructions say to start with 12-15 sprays but I should probably elaborate on that.The sprays are small, it's basically a thin can of Binaca. Once out of the packaging it is just a green sprayer. The thing about the "sensation" is that when it's working you can't tell unless you touch it. The numbing is very strong after several minutes, but not immediately. I think it warrants practicing with because too much is obvious and too little might not be. Also, spray the bottom of the front (they describe it more clinically on the box).I started with 6 and thought I needed more, so I went to 8 and that was more than I wanted. So, like I said, experiment.If you're shopping for something like this, I see no reason to not give it a try.

This is a great convenient container of spray and very portable. The amount you need will vary based on your sensitivity but it worked for me and we were able to extend our time being intimate. I don't think fifteen minutes is too long and it lasts for awhile, so go ahead and enjoy some foreplay while it takes effect.

This is an interesting formula. While I've used lidocaine based products which do a good job of numbing the area, this product provides a different sensation of desensitization that's a bit hard to describe. It's not so much a numbing sensation as it is a blurring of sensitivity. Not sure if that makes any sense at all--you just have to feel it for yourself. That being said it is effective, and while it doesn't have the same numbing power as lidocaine, you get a boost in stamina without killing all feeling. I like that it uses natural ingredients, and the bottle is by far the highest quality packaging I've seen in this segment. If someone sees this in your medicine cabinet, they won't know what they're looking at. It is rather expensive, though, and at 6.5ml, I can't imagine it'll last long given the dosage is roughly 12 sprays. Sometimes discretion is worth the price.

As many other reviewers have noted, I wouldn't recommend starting with 12 sprays. It can definitely be too much. The sprayer is small and discreet so perfect to keep bedside or while travelling.
