Not exactly beginner friendly, but still a wonderful buy.
This kit comes with a four page pattern, directions, thread key, embroidery floss, needle and fabric. Though it says its beginner friendly the directions are not basic enough to help true beginners. Without a basic sewing/cross stitch knowledge someone would be at a loss as to how to begin. Other than the lackluster directions the rest of the product is lovely. I can't wait to get going!

Great for beginners and seasoned cross stitchers
The quality of this kit is excellent! Plenty of thread for beginners, easy to follow pattern, and helpful instructions for people just getting started. The blacks and greys can be difficult to tell apart on the pattern at some spots but just take your time and it’s not bad. This doesn’t come with a hoop. Recommended is 12-14” and you’ll need to purchase that separately. Everything else comes with the kit.

Wonderful Kit for Harry Potter fans.
This kit was well put together and came with everything a beginner could need. The instructions are clear and easy to figure out. This kit is a perfect gift for anyone who is a Harry Potter fan or who loves to cross stitch.

Colors may be short thread
It looks fantastic! I ran out of a few of the colors and had way more than needed for others..so I did have to run to Hobby Lobby and buy extra thread...but, not a major issue. Just inconvenient. Otherwise, great product!

Great Pattern
I have bought several of these patterns and have been happy with all of them. The instructions are easy to read and also include a digital copy.

Great pattern and easy to read!
This was a great kit! It was a lot of fun to do and easy to read. I got it to make as a gift for my friend for her birthday. She loved it!

very good quality ! but don’t forget to get a hoop separately ( preferably size 14)
I wish they can add a hoop other than that perfect >_<

A bit pricy for what you get
If you've never cross-stitched before, I'd avoid this product. The directions are easy to follow, but it's not for novices. It's best for those with experience as the fabric has NO PRINTING on it and requires you to follow their instructions to create.For what you pay, the items that you receive are okay. The fabric is fine. There's enough floss in good colors. The needle is fine (though it should be packaged separately). There are directions.There is no hoop. The fabric is not printed, so there's no easy guide to follow. The packaging is very flimsy paper bag - had to store the contents in a separate plastic bag to keep it all together. If it weren't for the convenience of having everything in one set, it's much cheaper to buy this pattern on Etsy and get the materials separate - less than $10 with ease. There are much better, much cheaper cross-stitch kits that come with everything and then some. This was not worth the price, but will be used.
