I have tried serveral card reader units and returned them all for various reasons, basicaly they did not perform as expected. However, this unit performed excellently. Identification and loading was very quick and clear as well as transfer to my IPhone and clearing the card when desired, I did not transfer to my PC but have every reason to believe the task would be performed without issue. The dual USB connections is also a plus.Highly recommended!

I bought this to mainly have a card reader that also has a Cfast reader in my laptop bag so I can leave my other reader at my work station. So far it has worked very nicely for me. The only thing I think could be improved is that the font size for each card reader type could be a touch bigger.

Garbage. Mac will only recognize the CFast card. Mac and PC won't recognize the compact flash card. The card barely fits into the slot - needs to be pushed. PC keeps beeping like something has been inserted, then taken out two seconds later. That slot works with a USB connector for a mouse, so that is not the issue.

Until now I had been using a CF express type B card reader with an adapter for type A cards. It's nice to no longer need to do that. The card reader works just as every other card reader works. It would be nice if they could combine the type A card slot with the SD card slot, like Sony does in their cameras, and include a type B slot as well. Other than that I can't see how to improve this. If you have a new Sony camera you really need to get one of these while they are on sale.

This is the fastest Data Card Reader/Writer I have encountered. Most just run at 5Gps or less. This is ideal for photographers who regularly download hundreds of pictures to their computers for correction or retouching. Conversely, this speed makes the perfect backup medium, and the cards are easily transportable. If you need a card reader, you can't do better than this card device.
