Great finish, great packaging, heavy and solid
The color is way more brown than I thought it would be and the butcher block pattern not as prominent. But it feels very high quality and is heavy! I bought black legs from Amazon and installed to make it a center table. Good value for money Feels smooth to touch and was packaged well so no dents or defects anywhere. It does say to apply oil or wax within 48 hrs of unpacking from cling film which I wasn't expecting. But applying oil didn't seem to make too much visual difference. Maybe for surface protection. Overall, happy with the size and purchase.

Perfect countertop!!!
Looks amazing. We purchased a kitchen island years ago. The original countertop was definitely getting worn. This new countertop is sturdy and durable. The finish is gorgeous!!! Nice and smooth!!!!! Perfect size for our island.

Heavy but affordable
Best deal for butcher block. Used one for a bar top and the other for countertop. Both took stain without blotching. These are heavy so beware of who delivers them. FedEx gonna fedex your packages so expect dents, dings and ripped cardboard. There are many layers of protection from the factory and while this seems like overkill mine somehow ended up dinged. Overall I am satisfied with the appearance, fit and ease of installation.

Well packaged, but...
I love everything about this butcher block, except that it arrived damaged. One corner was severely "dented." The packaging was superb, and the butcher block was well protected from damage during shipping. There was no damage at all to the packaging, so the corner was damaged before any packaging was applied, therefore, quality control was lacking. I'm disappointed that it isn't perfect but, fortunately for me, I am still able to use it in the damaged condition. I can place the damaged corner in the back, on the bottom, where the damage will be mostly hidden. Damage aside, the countertop is beautiful. I sealed it as soon as I opened it, as instructed. I am using it for a countertop in my camper van conversion. I gave 4 stars due to the damage. If the damage were going to be more visible, I would have given fewer stars or tried to exchange for an undamaged one. As it is, I'll live with it, and I will be the only one who knows about the damage. Well, I and anyone who reads this review. :)

Very reliable
Great look easy to modify for bar tops and kitchen containers. This is the second one I have bought. Works great very durable, easy to stain and seal with a food safe beeswax

Solid slab of butcher block
This is a solid butcher block table top, not laminated surface. Yes there were a couple dimples here and there from shipping. It's a well made, solid product that I'm sure will last forever. I bought mine unfinished and put four coats of clear polyurethane on it, it came out really nice. It's shipped all the way from Vietnam, I can understand why there was very minor shipping damage.
