Melnor Automatic Water Timer, 1006621047

I have model 3015 that ive had for 4/5 years.. i read some reviews and wonder why they have such bad luck when ive had nothing but good to say about it.. One thing i did learn is it would stick either open or closed now and then, that was simple to fix made sure it was on open and squirted some silicone lube in it and blew it out with compressed air. fixed. then run water through it for awhile to flush out silicone...2nd thing is cheap batteries it wont last but a couple days on cheaper batt`s but last a couple weeks on hi end batts. i`m working on a way to power it off a wall wort now.. not sure if Melnor has a AC adapter or not havnt looked.. bottom line is all my issues was my fault its all about preventive maintance & good battery`s. put it in a zip lock bag or something to keep spiders and other crap out of it when your not useing it..

Works great, easy to program.
