I wanted to find an electrolyte mix that had the right balance of flavor, electrolytes (specifically sodium), and ideally no sugar. I found an article rating Nectar as the #1 pick for many reasons and decided to try it for an upcoming international trip. Travel can be exhausting, dehydrating, and expose you to all sorts of bacteria/viruses and staying well hydrated, rested, and cleaning hands/surfaces all factor into immune health. I just opened the package and tried the peach so there are so more flavors to discover but my initial impression is Flavor: light in flavor and does not taste artificial at all Sodium: in my opinion LMNT should come with a warning label due to its insane sodium content. It’s 1000mg which is almost half of the recommended daily sodium intake recommendation for adults. 1000mg is double of the average sodium content in a burger mind you. Imagine all the sodium you would get from foods and drinks throughout the day on top of that. It may be appropriate for times when you sweat profusely during intense, extended periods of exercise/labor or are overexposed to heat but is not really appropriate for the average Joe who is probably thirsty because theyre not hydrating with plain water in the first place. Nectar has 100mg per packet which is far more reasonable for my needs like hydrating while traveling or lighter forms of exercise Sugar: I personally dislike anything “diet” and have not had the best experiences with stevia-sweetened drinks in the past. However, it really doesn’t bother me with Nectar. I purchased IV hydration White Peach (also stevia) but that definitely has a stronger peach taste and sweetness as well as 510mg of sodium I think people should assess their realistic needs to use hydration packets as water is usually the best anyway. Just because things are popular and purchased OTC doesn’t necessarily mean it’s safe. Those with hypertension (high blood pressure) especially need to rethink drinking or eating tons of sodium. Overall, I give my stamp of approval and will definitely utilize it on my trip!

These are good! We usually buy LMNT but my husband finds them very salty. He enjoys these and feels like they serve a similar purpose! The flavor is somewhat diluted but still good!

These are decent for the price, but the flavor isn’t as strong as I’d like. The flavors taste good, but they’re pretty faint unless you use less water or a second packet. I prefer Liquid IV, but this is a better value in a pinch.

I bought these on a whim after looking for an electrolyte option without added sugar or artificial sweeteners—and I’m really impressed. The flavor is light and natural, not overly sweet or fake-tasting like some others I’ve tried (I purchased the tropical variety pack and have loved each of the flavors). I’ve used these before and after workouts and on a recent hot day working outside, and they helped noticeably with energy and hydration. They dissolve easily in water without clumping, and I like that they use natural ingredients. I do wish the packets were a little easier to open on the go, but that’s a minor detail. Overall, these are a solid alternative to sugary sports drinks, and I’ll definitely repurchase.

I personally did not like these. They were barely sweet. I could not taste the different flavors. Some may like it this way but it was not enjoyable for me.

I really don't like the sweet/salty taste of electrolyte drinks at all, but as an adult I realized that I needed to drink them down here in the desert. My husband first bought some from this company and I didn't care for the flavors at all, and I found myself not drinking them at all. But then I looked into their other flavor selections and found out that they made them in tropical flavors and I ordered those. All of the tropical flavors are delicious and if the bottle of water is ice cold, these powdered electrolyte drinks are okay with me. The mango and the pineapple are two of my favorites. If you have a hard time getting used to these types of drinks that are good for you, try the tropical pack. You'll like them.

Love it , flavor is light, scent is barely there. No awful aftertaste, no nausea.

Taste is very faint and a bit strange. The nutrition is a bit low. I like the low sodium and low sugar, but the other electrolytes are also a bit too low to make them worth it.
