Well this was not something I expected... A simple strap that made such a difference in how comfortably I can hold my DJI RS3 gimbal for longer periods of time. The strap seems of good quality, attaches with very innovative quick release heads to the gimbal. It allows you to take the weight off your hands when needing a bit of a rest, or if you like to experiment like me, you can actually use the gimbal totally hands-free. 5/5 for innovation and quality.

Works well and good quality

It's a great quick-release system. I am looking forward to working with it. I bought it for my Ronin S hoping it would fit even though it said it's not on the compatible list. Works great. However, need a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter to mount it to the competitor's gimbal sling handle at the top of the grip. Currently, have it set to the side arm until the adapter arrives. The Stap QD adapter comes in 1/4" and the competitor ones hole is 3/8". In case others need that for info.

Locking button came off during operation luckily I was holding my gimbal when it came off otherwise I could have end up with possibly broken gimbal & camera. Good concept/idea, Bad build quality. Will never trust thousands of pounds gear with this.

I have been using that for a month, it missed the balls on the quick-release part. I have contacted the Smallrig support to find a way to resolve the problem but they are not getting to me back. Good idea but has Bad build quality. I can't trust the quality of the product to hold the expensive gear with this.

Great until the button to connect it to the gimbal disintegrated. I’ve only used it a few times. Expected better quality from smallrig

I’ve gone through two straps now. The ball bearings fall out leaving the quick release system inoperable. Great idea but QR design needs a rethink.

Excellent strap but very soft alloy on base that soon loses its thread.

Es de lo mejor que he comprado ultimamente. Con esto puedo estar todo el día con la gimbal sin tener que tirar de brazo y espalda. Es muy comoda, se puede ajustar poner y quitar rapidamente y ayuda a estabilizar. Además me permite cambiar de objetiva sin tener que dejar la gimbal. Lo recomiendo a todos los que trabajan con gimbal.

Llegó incompleto, sin la base que se pone al mango del Gimbal.

From my experience, this is a very good product. One detail worth mentioning is that it comes with two extra female sling-lock connectors, so it can be used directly with the original DJI RS3 Pro handle without requiring additional adapters. Everything fits securely and feels solid. That said, while it works well, I personally find the SmallRig handle provides better ergonomics and overall comfort during longer shoots. If usability and grip are a priority, that may be the better choice. But for compatibility and build quality, this product does the job very well.

At first there are some components missing when I received the product but the customer support was very helpful and arranged a replacement

Used the SmallRig Gimbal strap with the DJI RS4 MINI for 6-8 hours straight today. Saved me and my crew from having a sore arms, back and body. Worked a charm. As advertised and as desired! Honest review from a West Australian who cares about honesty.
