100% Works & Fits my Bike
This product seems to be high quality. I was able to attach to my Beach Cruiser seat easily. The post was a perfect fit (makes sure you know your size diameter; mine was 27.4 mm). The suspension absolutely softens bumps and provides a "shock absorber" type ride. It also is easier to adjust the seat level because it is better engineered compared to a stock seat post. Honestly, the only negative is the cost; it cost almost as much as my bike; but well worth it. I almost worry that someone will release the quick release and steal it. Hopefully it will "blend in" and go unnoticed to some crook.

If your 245ish purchase the “Kinect 2.1 xl2”
Price was a tad hefty but if your reading the reviews you have the coin for it. I got a trek allant ebike and when cruising the streets at 25 it hammers your rear pretty good if your not paying attention and don’t stand up in time. So bought this and first ride I was sold, it basically floats you. I never stand up anymore unless I’m hopping off a curb or something. It’s amazing and worth every penny imo. They have attentive customer service at Cirrus and responded to me fast. Which leads me to an important point. I got this model 2.1 which says 200-250 pounds. I am 245ish and it bottomed out just sitting on it so I think if your 200ish it’s perfect but if your closer to the top end of the weight like me get the Kinect 2.1 xl2 for riders up to 320. Its perfect for me and is what they recommend for me after I called them about it. After I fell in love with mine I got one for the wife and She was amazed by it after her first ride on her Electra 7d. It requires a bit above the seat post clamp on the seat post to allow for spring motion so if you or wifey is super short she may be on her toes when stopped so if your short u may want to call them and ask their opinion based on your bike and whatnot. Look up your seat post size in the specs on your bike and choose the right size then the right weight and Enjoy :)

Awesome smooth ride and addition to my new Como 5.0 eBike!
This is a great addition to my new Como 5.0 ebike. I rode the new Como on a 1st ride 18 mi and realized the KINEKT 2.1 Alum Seatpost Suspension would help my non cushioned bottom side on long rides. My Como 2nd, 3rd, 4th ride with the suspension has been a much more comfortable ride than original std seat post. I had to drill a 1/8 in hole in the post to pull the wires for the red tail light mounted on the std seat. It all worked great, still have the std nice Como 5.0 seat/red light with the awesome KINEKT 2.1 Suspension. I am 165lbs so bought the suspension for my weight range worked perfect no adjustments needed to the springs.

Back isn't destroyed after 11 miles rough rocky AZ trail
I just needed help with the big rock sections on my hardail MTB. You have to constantly keep your butt just off the seat while peddling uphill and you can't catch every rock that stings up the spine. Then I'd get a down hill but will switch up and need to get 2-3 gears ready for the climb so I have to sit and Bang! That big rock hit sends the shock right in to my back. This thing removes that. It doesn't change your riding much-I tightened it so there's not much bounce--but that series of hits to the spine is gone. This thing made my life better. Not an ebike. Not a sidewalk surfer. Hitting AZ rocky trails that do not forgive a 40+ back and this thing helped to the point that I could walk after the ride. I'm glad I bought it. Oh, and I could go a bit faster because I could peddle through rocky parts; seat in the saddle. It's not a full suspension bike, but, rather, help where we need it.

Pleasantly surprised
This seat post is being used on an Ebike. I called Kinekt before purchasing and they were very helpful. They provide an extra pair of springs and I tried both before settling on the heavier springs for my ride. Their website also has good videos. The seat post is expensive but the value of not shocking my body was worth the price. It does perform that good! I was considering a more cushy saddle but that became a non issue after installing the Kinekt seat post. Switching posts and adjusting the saddle is not complicated. Follow their guide to select the correct size for your need. Bumps in the road do not go away but this post makes them very manageable.

Easy to install, suspension is adjustable
The Cirrus Cycles KINEKT 2.1 Seatpost w/ Suspension is very comfortable. There is a tension adjustment ALLEN wrench scares to adjust tension. There are extra springs to either firm up or lessen the tension. The suspension post adds real comfort to your tush.I have had ORIF on my neck and a back surgery. I have Osteo arthritis. ‘This suspension post is a life safer. No more jarring rides for my pelvis, back, and neck. I have Osteo arthritis of the spine. I have had neck fusion and lower back discectomy. This suspension seatpost lessens the bone jarring bumps.

Big difference over stock
This thing is cool. A little pricey, but worth it. Only complaint is the accuracy in picking the right spring load was off. Also after contacting the company and getting stiffer springs, I broke the plastic bushing installing them. They sent me the parts almost immediately , and after successfully installing them , it works great. Excellent customer support and back their product 100%. Definitely recommend .

Over Priced
It's just a Spring Suspension that just doesn't have the travel or the compliance of an air shock. It's way over priced and they charge $15 extra for a cover and another $15 for a tool less adjustment knob. I bought it for $212 on sale vs $250 and I still feel like I paid too much. It does take the edge off of small bumps. I would have bought the Redshift shocktstop Seatpost Suspension instead but it only comes in 27.2mm and you have to get shims if have a wider seat post.
