Genuine Pine Tar - 1 Lt

From now on this will be the only brand of pine tar I will purchase for my homemade pine tar soap. The smell is right on (campfire). Pine tar soap is not for everyone, for me, however, it's one of my favorite soaps. No wonder this pine tar is often sold out. Worth every penny.

This pine tar is amazing. Was well packaged to prevent against leaks and arrived on schedule. Has a nice consistency (pours at room temperature but isn't too thin either). Wonderful smokey pine scent you can only get from pine tar. I used it to make cold process pine tar soap. Great product!

I bought this to make Pine Tar Soap. It is nice and thick, has a strong smell. I may have to adjust how much I use in my next batch of Soap

This is the best brand of pine tar for soap making. It is the only brand I will use from now on. The stuff with the yellow horseshoe on the label has a more chemical smell and doesn't give the soap the same rich, black color. The Akta Tratjara pine tar has the rich, smokey scent that my customers and I expect.

This product is very versatile. I bought it to replicate the finish on a Mosin Nagant rifle stock that had been captured and refinished by the Finnish Army 'way back in the 1940's. Worked perfect. You need to warm it up a little with a heat lamp or similar to get it to work best. Tough stuff, it's traditionally used to coat wood shingles to make them more water resistant.

If you are into making natural soap and are needing pine tar this is your product. Eczema is well treated by a pine tar soap as well as other skin irritations.
