Currently using 9 blind tilt to automate my blinds. The solar panel keeps most of them charged, which is great because I don’t have to keep wires hanging around. After the addition of switch hub 3 my wife found them easier to control. Blinds are automated with the TV to reduce glare.

I laugh at myself for buying these, but I am so happy I did. This is my favorite lazy homeowner item. I have windows behind my couch and dining table that I have climb on to open and close so I almost never closed them. Just too much of a pain for this lazy girl. Add these and they automatically open and close at sunrise and sunset so I have a light bright home and privacy at night. This is one of my best and favorite purchases ever!!! Very easy to install and setup in the app and my alexa. I have family that now wants to get these for their homes.

Use them all throughout the house and love them! They work great with HomeKit!

I recently installed the SwitchBot Blind Tilt, and overall, it’s been a useful addition. The installation process was straightforward, but the key is getting the alignment just right. If the device is mounted too close, the corner of the mounting base can touch the wand while rotating, creating some hindrance. On the other hand, if it's mounted too far, the motor may apply too much pressure on the tape, which could eventually come off. The included alignment tool wasn't perfect for my blinds, so I’d recommend installing one first and fine-tuning the positioning before moving on to the others. Unfortunately, I couldn’t control it with Google Assistant, which was a letdown, but Alexa covered the basics. The included solar panel is a fantastic addition - if installed in a spot with good sunlight, it keeps the device charged without needing to unmount it for recharging. Overall, it's a convenient solution, but be prepared for a little patience during installation.

I admit that I am a smart home fanboy right up front. I have used multiple types of smart home fixtures for years and my expectations are high. The switchbot blind tilt motorized openers are awesome. I have been using them for a month or two without issue. Opening and closing with my voice and with the app on my cell phone. I got the ones with the solar panels and now I don't need to think about them again. I did get them with the Switchbot Hub 2 because I wasn't sure how they would work with the new matter upgrades and Apple HomeKit. In short, I recommend the motorized blind tilts and the Hub 2, both worthwhile buys.
