I've been playing golf for about 40 years but figured it might be worth it to try this training aid to help with my occasional fly-away right arm. Unfortunately I didn't find this to be a particularly helpful swing aid. The "fixed" size of the product is not customizable for different size golfers or for different size arms. The arm openings are made of stretchy fabric but that also allows for your arm to fly away as the band does not keep your arms in the right position. So, overall I didn't find it to be too helpful for me, but it might be good for a beginner that really needs help on the basic setup and swing.
