Driving a Mini (2021 SE) there isn't much real estate on the windscreen, and the dash cams I've had were so, so. I'd wanted a front & rear set up for awhile, and then came across these things, that actually clip to your own interior mirror! After trawling through endless ones, I found the Wolfbox version, and they actually did a 10" one. (Same size as the Mini interior mirror) All the revues were excellent (yes, there were some negatives too) so I went for it. First off, the Mini isn't known for ease of running cables, but with a bit of patience, I managed it. The panels moved enough to get the cables hidden, and even the back one played ball. I bought an extra braxket for the rear camera, and it all went off without too much trouble. One thing I did do, (because I didn't want to start messing around in the fuse box) was buy a USB C lead with an OBD plug. As it sounds, it just plugs straight in, and gives you the option for 24 hr monitoring, or on/off with the vehicle (shuts down after 20 min, and has a low voltage cut off) Switching on, adjusting everything, and getting the settings right, this thing is amazing! True, it gets some getting used to with the wide field of view, but the quality of the video, the sharpness and ease of use are great. You just swipe on the screen to view the rear camera, front camera, or both together. There's also an app for the phone so you don't need to keep taking the card out if you want to save any photo's or videos. It comes with a 64gb card, all the cables you need, and there are numerous uTube video's about it. I'm sorry I didn't make a video of it (Intention was there) but running the cables was so fiddly, and I didn't have a phone holder any good to do the job. So appologies for that. My neighbour might be going for one, so I'll do a video if he does. All in all, a great front/rear dash cam. Good value for money too. Oh, and as for the customer service? (I needed help with an anti-glare film) They couldn't be faster OR more helpful. 10 out of 10 for that.

The first wolf box I had was great, Worked perfectly for 3 months. I then got the black screen of death ! I swiftly contacted Amazon who was happy for me to return it for a refund. I then ordered a newer one to replace it. The newer one has been an absolute nightmare, It only turn on when it decides too, there Is no WiFi connection for the app so you can't adjust settings, and it's been turning itself off mid journey without me even knowing. I went online to Amazon as I wanted the company to phone me and try resolve as I'm also paying to have this professional installed and uninstalled each time. There is no option for help it's return or nothing. So yet again I now have to pay to have it removed properly so I can send it back. Once this one goes back I will try a different brand all together! Update: Contacted by wolf box. They sent me a full refund and a new mirror out which works perfectly. That is superb customer service. I've now decided to stay with wolfbox due to this.

This product is very high quality and easy to install myself. It give me record for the fornt and the back of my car all the time i am driving givme peace of mind. Also it has reverse camera option that helps me when reversing. I addition to the option of 24h recording if connected directly to the battery through the fuse box ( requires separate cable)

Update: Wolfbox customer services has reached out. They have been very understanding and respectful, which is lovely and much appreciated! They have suggested the G900 as it has the UK driver side option. I chose the G930 previously because it was smaller and my rearview mirror is 8 inches. They say the G900 should fit my mirror ok. The G930 was a lovely product - just not quite for me - so I think it is worth giving the G900 a try. Original: I have such mixed feelings. The video quality and build is great. The whole concept is very appealing and I wanted so much to really love this. Part of me still does and I tried to compromise. However, in the end I feel there is just too many compromises for me and I am sadly returning the kit. This will be perfect for some, for example if you have a vehicle that doesn't currently have a rear view mirror or if you just want the video feed for back-up in accidents etc (but UK drivers will have a limited right-hand bonnet - driver side - capture). Problems: Front camera - positioned leftside of mirror (from the drivers perspective) rather than rightside for UK driver despite the UK Amazon site description saying driver's side. This means activity around the rightside of the bonnet (UK driver side) isn't visible. This is even further limited by the holder of my original mirror, which is fixed to the windscreen. The camera can be pulled out a bit from the mirror and the lens adjusted but neither enough to resolve the issues. Rear camera - When driving using the rear camera feed I see that and the traditional rear view mirror images. This is very confusing and disturbing. Apparently this is the glare others have mentioned. I've been told you can order something to stick on to reduce glare but this would mean that you can't use the traditional rear view mirror option. I like having the option of the traditional mirror in case the camera stops working and also because of my following issues. The rear camera image shows vehicles further away than you would see them in a traditional mirror. I particularly know this because, due to the glare, I was seeing both at the same time. Relying on just the camera image would have meant vehicles were suddenly passing me because they had appeared further away than they were and then suddenly weren't. I had the rear camera positioned centre above the number plate. This wasn't well positioned for areas with parked cars - as not high enough to see above them - and cars would suddenly appear once they passed the parked cars. Repositing may get over this but I have a convertible so wouldn't be able to get it much higher. Part of my reason for getting this kit was because I have a convertible and when the roof is down I don't always feel I have a good view with my original mirror. The rear camera is a much better and wider view than a tradional mirror except where there are parked cars or other items that may obstruct view because of camera position. At night the rear camera image is difficult to use because of the glare from other car lights, especially combined with the issue that the cars appear further away than they are. If the front camera was positioned for UK driver I would have kept the kit and used the traditional rear view mirror option. Then I would have had front and rear videos in case of accidents. However, if that's all I'm using it for and as it isn't positioned for UK drivers I would be concerned that the front camera may not capture incidents closer to my bonnet on the driver side.

Perfect dashcam and rear view mirror, easy installation, the hardest bit is just hiding the wires but apart from that perfect purchase :)

C'est un super équipement avec une très bonne caméra 4k avant et 1080 AR simple a installer de plus le SAV et au top. Répond rapidement aux questions. Je souhaite faire quelques remarques qui pourraient sans doute améliorer l'estetique. La longueur moins de 12 pouces est parfaite entre les 2 pare soleil mais ce serait peut être bien de mettre le caméra av dessous afin que le moniteur soit parfaitement centré sur le rétroviseur d'origine dernier point je trouve que prise unique cachée derriere la caméra si elle est positionnée dessus l écran serait invisible de face ce qui éviterait les 3 prises qui se trouve actuellemet au dessus et qui ne sont pas esthétique voilà merci pour ce super matériel

I ordered my Wolfbox G930 a few weeks ago, and a few days later went to install it. As recommended in the user guide, I tested the device before doing the "actual" install in my vehicle (a golf cart). While the cameras, gps and mirror worked immediately, I could not get any of the Menu functions to work. It was completely unresponsive to my finger presses on the touch screen. I contacted Wolfbox Custeromer Service directly from their website, describing the problem. I received a quick email response from Bonnie (Customer Service Rep) giving me a few steps to try. Unfortunately, those steps did not work, but without any hesitation or complaint, Bonnie immediately asked for my address so that she could get the factory to send me a new unit. After a few days the new unit arrived and I tested that immediately and nervously. Very happy to say this one worked flawlessly and I was able to get into the menu. I went through all settings options to view and/or change them, and then installed it in my Golf Cart which has very limited view in the original rear view mirror. The install was easy, essentially just routing the wires around the inside to where they needed to be. The images from both front and rear cameras are awesome, really clear and nice wide angles. I chose the Wolfbox G930 based on reviews both here on Amazon as well as other sources. For a moment I thought I had made a big mistake and was on the verge of returning it and searching for another brand. Fortunately, Ms. Bonnie saved the day with her combination of helpfulness, respectful, polite and positive attitude, and prompt actions. She just sent me a return shipping label so that the original device can go back to help them figure out what the problem wad. THANK YOU BONNIE. I have another golf cart, and a car, and will almost certainly be putting a G930 into those. The G930 has a great combination of price/value, function and, despite the original problem, quality. It records from both cameras simultaneously, has great image quality, has included GPS in case of accidents, and is pretty simple to install (but test before installing). Highly recommended!

No solo para el coche, sino en general. Es simplemente todo lo que esperas de un producto completo: cumple a la perfección, muy bien hecho, todo funciona a la primera, bien rematado, fácil de instalar, y para rematar un servicio de atención de los que se ven pocos, rápidos, amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema. En mi caso, mi agradecimiento a Mark que me atendió fenomenalmente bien a una consulta, más allá de lo que esperaba. He puesto dos imágenes con dos situaciones de iluminación difícil y muy distintas, y en la realidad se ve mejor de lo que se muestra. Volver a un espejo tradicional se me hace ya muy difícil, el angular de la cámara te da muchísima información extra. La app completa, va bien y no falla. En resumen, muy, muy satisfecho. Desde que ves el embalaje sabes que las cosas pintan bien. Eso sí, pide el kit de cable ODB, simplifica todo y la experiencia es completa. No he probado la función de la marcha atrás, era la que menos me interesaba a priori, pero estoy seguro que irá igual de bien.
