Decent product
Good product, manages to hold heavy weights when using it, (im 10 stone), My mate is 15 stone and it feels sturdy. Slightly expensive for the product for what it actually is though.

Effective - works for me
Does what it says on the tin lol Used it just for push ups and it was effective. I could see my chest getting bigger.

Don't buy
Decent quality only issue is those handles are not secure at all. Cut my knuckles doing push ups as they slid out the holes
