I am amazed by this product! I ordered a beautiful pair of soft leather flats. They fit me except the heels slipped when I walked. The smaller size was much too tight. I decided to keep the shoes and find a solution. I ordered these on Amazon. I noticed how well made they are, and what strong adhesion they have. I slipped my feet in, and I could hardly believe the comfortable feel. My shoes no longer slip on my heels! So happy I decided to try these!

I had to get used to placing them in the heel properly. When I read..."Bend them, center, then place"... that was the best advice one can give for these. So far they stay in place. Overall, liking them very much. I only needed my right shoe heel 'tightened' (shoes flip-flop on my right foot), because my right foot is a 'tad' smaller than my left. Side note: My twin sisters left foot is a 'tad' smaller than her right. :)

I had two pairs of heels that were about 1/2 size too big and these pads work perfectly to fill that space. They also keep me from getting blisters from my heels and they are so comfy. They stick really well.

I have a pair of flats which seem to have stretched over time. They flap when I walk and I've almost tripped myself a couple of times. A friend of mine tried to describe this sort of product to me as a possible solution and when I looked her blankly, she grabbed her phone and found these, stating she didn't know if this specific product would work or not--she hadn't tried it-- but something of this nature surely would. I looked at the ad, read some of the feedback and decided these sounded-- and looked-- exactly like what I needed. So I ordered. They were easy to install and comfy in my shoes and now they stay in place instead of flopping around. Success!

These heel pads stay in place and are comfortable… They work better than some other brands I’ve tried.

I bought this heel pad due to my heels being half a size too big. The application was easy but there is no grip to this heel pad as my heels still slides out when walking. I think it would have been much better if there was some sort of silicone or rubber grips to this heel pad to prevent slippage. I also bought metatarsal pads from this seller as well, thinking it would also help with preventing my feet from sliding forward, but it was not comfortable AT ALL with my heels. Disappointed in the products. Not sure if I can even return the used products.Update: contacted seller and they were able to honor a refund to me. 3 stars for the grate customer service. I really just wished the items worked for me.

Unfortunately they didn't work for me but they seem like they're well made.

I do love the product and the only thing I would note is that since they are a bit bulky, it is also slightly visible. I wear pants so it is not a big deal, but I might worry more if I were to switch to a skirt
