I started taking this supplement as a daily vitamin. Ive had such a postive impact from taking this. So much more energy and clarity with brain function

Arrived sealed in the package with good safety seals on the jar. Capsules were all intact inside, no breakage or loose powder floating around the jar. The capsules were odorless and tasteless and were easy to swallow.Plenty of time left on the expiration date. Had enough info available on the manufacturer for me to trust it. Seems like a good option for this supplement.I'm not normally as a big of a fan of the combination supplements because of the difficulty combining multiple other supplements and watching total amounts. It's easier to just figure out how much of each ingredient is ideal and be able to adjust each one independently. With that said though, this seems like a pretty non-toxic, non-harmful combo of things, nothing in there should be super sensitive to have to worry about taking too much.

I’ve been ingesting fluoride my entire life, knowing that it’s bad for you, but not really being in a position to do anything about it. When I saw these supplements to detoxify fluoride from your body, I had to give them a try! The pills are large, but we’re still able to be swallowed with ease. I’ve had smaller pills that were more difficult to swallow because of them starting to breakdown in the water. I wish there were some kind of tests we could do to test ourselves when trying products like this. Test my fluoride amount before and after, but there’s not…. I can’t say if I feel much different, it could be a mental thing. I didn’t experience any negative effects taking these, so it definitely didn’t hurt.

I avoid fluoride as much as possible because even though we know it's good for teeth, we also know that it's good for teeth when applied topically - not when ingested. We do not need to drink it in our water, and the effects of this are why we, as a nation, are stupid. To prevent stupidity in my own household, we have a reverse osmosis system that removes fluoride from our water. But sometimes I eat out and drink other people's water, so I thought it would be nice to have an extra defense against other people's fluoride.Unfortunately I have no way of testing the efficacy of this pill even if I like the idea of it. I also, very sadly, can not take them. My bottle arrived unsealed. This is not the fault of Conscious Solutions, but it is what it is.I can comment on the fact that there are peer reviewed studies that show a very strong correlation between thyroid disorders and fluoride in our water. Iodine is an essential thyroid nutrient, and adequate iodine can reduce the impacts of fluoride on thyroid function. (NIH PubMed 30316182). Whether or not this means that this supplement is actually removing fluoride from the body or if it's just reducing its impact isn't clear. Either way, reducing the impact of fluoride on the body is something I can absolutely get behind.

I have been taking these supplements for a month now, and I can see a significant improvement in my energy levels, especially in the morning when I have to take calls.

Not a fan of the cheap filler ingredients listed under other ingredients. These items can build up in the body and act as free radicals.

These are rather large to take and taking 4 a day is a lot, at least it is recommended to divide it up into 2 and 2. I haven't felt any difference in taking these daily and am almost finished with the bottle. I also haven't felt any side affects while taking these and I am super sensitive to extra ingredients. I like that these don't have any soy and are made in the USA.
