I am glad to see reviews that this works for some peoples kids but not my son. He is 2 and pretty hyper and takes him awhile to settle down for bed. Our pediatrician recommended this product because it has worked for some of her other patients. It does absolutely nothing for our son. But it does help with my 12 year old daughter to help her focus in school. 1 dropper is enough because when she took 2 once it was too much and made her sleepy. So you can try it but it doesn't work for all kids.

I've been giving it to my 4 year old as directed for 2 weeks and I see no difference what so ever. I am very disappointed. The taste is terrible also. I have to hide it in a couple ounces of juice to get him to take it.I know magnesium helps him because I use to give him Mary Ruth's gummies and saw a major change but he couldn't tolerate the gummy texture anymore. So we tried this.
