Can I return this item. Or get a D microphone for Tw360
Only used twice as I do a karaoke once a month. One mic is not working. Not switching the receiver on. Bought rechargeable batteries. Still the same. Mic. D. Inop. Was at first very happy with the product. Would like to say this product was excellent well made very impressed. Ok I had a faulty one but would buy again. My problem was I couldn’t talk to anybody at the time. I would not tell anybody not to buy it.

A very very good microphone system. What's in the box? :1 x Tonor Wireless Receiver4 x Tonor wireless microphones4 x silicone anti-slip rings4 x Microphone foam muffs/covers1 x 6.35mm to 6.35mm Jack Audio cable1 x Mains Power Adapter1 x ManualBuild Quality :The build quality on the receiver box is excellent and made to a very high level of standard with good-quality antennas on the rearThe Microphone's build quality is equally as well built as the receiver, again all at a very high and professional standard, and has a nice balanced weight to them all (especially once the batteries are inserted)Material Quality :The materials used on the receiver box, are of a relatively good standard whilst using a very good quality plastic for its body along with other decent quality plastics throughout the rest of the build. The microphones use plastic for their main body, which is at a medium to high-level type of plastic quality, that's used, but does lack some materials like a silicone grip to help you keep a grip on the microphone, especially if your hands get sweaty!Sound Quality :The sound quality that comes from these microphones is just great, with a good clear sound reproduction, that has no lag whatsoever, which makes such a difference because otherwise, it just sounds like an echo, which isn't ideal and can be off-putting.The fact that you can alter the volume on each microphone on the receiver (or microphone) can also be a complete game changer, especially if you are using backing singers or instruments and need the volume levels lower than others.Distance Range :The Distance that id managed to achieve was a total of 150ft (45 meters) to 160ft (49 meters) max whilst facing the receiver (outside testing) but this was reduced to 130ft (39 meters) whilst my back was facing the receiver before things started to break up.Microphones Battery Life :The battery life on each microphone lasted between 5 to 6 hours so, I would highly recommend that you buy high-quality, long-lasting rechargeable batteries for this (don't forget to purchase a battery charger at the same time)So in all, these were a very decent setup, which I would like to have classed as professional but as the battery life on the microphones was a little under par I would have to go along and class these as semi-professional microphones and have liked the microphones to be rechargeable and had a battery life of around 6 hours at worstWhat I liked :+Volume level in each microphone+Build quality+Materials used+Distance (even though the description stated more)+Sound quality/reproduction+No hiss pops or cracklesWhat I didn't like :- Battery life of the Microphones- No echo control on the receiver or microphones- No Free Batteries to start you off with ???What I would have liked to have :* Bass and Treble control on receiver or microphone* Built-in rechargeable batteries in the microphones* silicone grips on microphones* Metal microphone body* Distance meter/signal bar on microphonesSo would I recommend this setup from TonorMost definitely YES, for the price £119.99 you really can't go wrong at that price. One star lost, due to Tonor being tight and not supplying BATTERIES with this setup (which I think should be made compulsory for anything and everything that takes batteries)So it is 4 out of 5 stars from me for this fabulous setup
