Easy and perfect to cook with
I love this rice cooker more than my previous one. It is so easy to use and cooks to any desired consistency. It is easy to clean, take apart and put back together. I have only used it as a rice cooker and so far it does not disappoint. My family and I eat rice at least 3 times a week and have never had any issues with it other than forgetting to press start (oops). I highly recommend this rice cooker if you’re willing to pay for the price but it is worth it.

Worth the splurge
I had to talk myself into spending the money on this. I have lots of kitchen gadgets, but I’ll never regret this buy. It’s essentially a Kurig for rice and grains. It’s nice to just pick what you want to cook and the machine do the water measuring and cook timing. I love the steaming option also.

There's lots of value in perfect water amounts every time
I was surprised at how valuable it was giving a smart machine the decision of exactly how much water to add and actually adding that water. The consistency of the results are excellent. It's not just rice. Same goes for oats, lentils, and everything else this is programmed for. Big price, but great buy on the end

Quality machine
We use it all the time for steaming and to make rice of different kinds. And the delay feature is grateful when you are going to work and you wanna have rice by the time you get back home.

Best purchase of 2025!
Great product! Very easy to clean and compact enough for easy storage! I haven’t had any issues with water leakage and it definitely makes a chaotic dinner time quick and sufficient!

Stop wasting time
Stop wasting your time boiling water and always checking to see if your grain/rice/bean is done. This has been one of my best purchases! P.s. you can use broth instead of water.

Wasted money on an expensive appliance.
The media could not be loaded. I can’t believe I spent this much money on something that can’t do basic things. My rice cooker died and I decided to upgrade my appliance into something that is more capable, and the ease of having oatmeal made while I’m getting ready in the morning was a real sell.I have tried making oatmeal multiple times, and multiple times I come into my kitchen to a gigantic mess from the steam bubbling out. Once, the bubbles lifted oats into the steam vent and it caused a build up that ruined everything being made. The design is easy to clean, almost in a manner that they were expecting things like this to happen. Instead of quick and convenient, I spend just as much time in the clean up process that I would have babysitting the pot on my stove.I expected kitchen aid quality, and you get that in the build quality, but the overall product design is shortsighted.

A REAL EASY TO USE TIME SAVER
I bought this rice maker for my husband for Christmas as he eats brown rice on a daily basis. The first couple of batches were trial and error with the settings, but now that we've found that sweet spot we use it every single day. It's great for oatmeal--we put it on the delay and have hot oatmeal ready for us in the morning! If having to clean up with a simple wipe of a sponge (that's all that the "sputting foam" requires)--then yes, this isn't for you. But personally it's quicker than cleaning a pan . Not really sure what the clean-up complaints are about--unless maybe you're one of those people that just reuse your pans? lolBut seriously, I've also used it for quinoa and to steam vegetables. We absolutely would not be without it! It's a great value for the money!
