Very happy with this product. Always a risk buying refurb but came without a scratch and the battery capacity was at 100%, just as if I’d bought straight from Apple . Great value for money and would absolutely use this seller again

I've not bought a new phone in over 10 years now, always bought refurbs but up until now I've always bought cheap Android refurbs however this time I decided to treat myself to an iPhone. The phone is absolutely immaculate, not a single scratch on the screen, case and especially important the cameras are scratch free, battery charges up 100%. Obviously it being a refurb you don't get an original box or any orginal Apple bits and bobs, if wasn't expecting one, but if you're buying as a gift you may wish to source an original box on eBay. It came with a generic cable and UK USB charger, and even a "Big Phone Store" string bag. Stuck a screen protector on it, rubber case and it was ready to set up. So far working absolutely perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

Arrived in good time, product was in good order and showed a 90% battery health. Item looks like new and I am Really pleased with both the phones we received.

Unfortunately the sim reader didn’t work, confirmed by Apple. The phone itself was in excellent condition, well packaged and fast delivery The battery was 83% I had to pay Royal Mail for the return I received my refund 5 days after the parcel was received back Sorry to write a negative review but I don’t know how this passed the tests advertised

Arrived the day after ordering, in excellent condition. Cheaper than the previous one bought which had to be returned as faulty.

I was a bit dubious about ordering this as it was a present for my wife and I knew she would spot any imperfections immediately. She is not the easiest person to please, but she wanted a new iPhone and I couldn’t stretch to £700+ Well I needn’t of worried, when it arrived I checked it immediately and there was not a mark on it. No scratches on the screen or the body. Just like new. Apart from the fact that it was not boxed in an original apple box you could not tell it wasn’t brand new. I dug out the box for her old iPhone and presented it in that. She was none the wiser until I told her it was renewed. She loves it especially the new liquid screen . If you are considering one of these, go ahead and order it. Just be aware that it probably won’t be in its original box, but hey, for half the price of a new one I can live with that.

Battery life isn’t great and doesn’t last long. Hoping to get a refund. I will buy from Apple next time.

Bought the Excellent condition. Battery was at 90% which was acceptable. However, I’m not sure I’d class the state of the phone as excellent, lots of scratches all over. Had to get a case to hide the exterior

Ottimo telefono ricondizionato che mantiene tutte le promesse. Batteria al 90% ( ci stà ), nessun segno visibile di usura, ottimo prezzo. Non da ultimo è arrivato con 2 giorni di anticipo. Venditore consigliato.

Ich bin absolut begeistert! Das gebrauchte iPhone 15 wurde in einem Zustand geliefert, den man wirklich nicht von einem neuen Gerät unterscheiden kann. Keine Kratzer, keine Macken... äußerlich einfach perfekt. Auch technisch läuft alles flüssig, wie man es von einem neuen iPhone erwarten würde. Die Lieferung war sogar schneller als ursprünglich angegeben, was mich positiv überrascht hat. Beim Auspacken zeigte sich sofort: Akku 100% Kapazität, alle Funktionen einwandfrei, keinerlei Gebrauchsspuren. Man merkt absolut nicht, dass dieses Handy schon einmal genutzt wurde. Für mich fühlt es sich an wie ein komplett neues Gerät...nur eben zum besseren Preis. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Excelente compra. El producto cumple perfectamente con lo que promete y la calidad es muy buena. Llegó en el tiempo indicado y en perfecto estado. Es fácil de usar y se nota que está bien hecho. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a comprarlo. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

De iPhone 15 256GB begin december 2024 gekocht, maar erachter gekomen dat de iPhone niet goed werkte dus deze terug gestuurd. Na twee weken had ik nog steeds niets gehoord over of de retour goed was afgehandeld en ik had mijn geld ook niet terug gekregen. Sindsdien meerdere keren met de klantenservice van dit bedrijf gechat, maar ze zijn extreem onhulpvaardig en zorgen niet dat het probleem opgelost wordt. Ze zeggen constant dat de retour onderweg is en dat ze niets kunnen doen totdat de retour bij hun terug is, maar ze doen er ook zelf niets aan om de retour weer terug te krijgen. Nu meer dan twee maanden later heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet terug en heb ik met Amazon zelf contact op moeten nemen om het probleem op te lossen. Hopelijk komt hier iets uit en heb ik na twee maanden mijn geld terug. Mijn tip voor iemand die denkt bij dit bedrijf iets te kopen: kijk nog even verder en betaal misschien dan maar iets meer voor de iPhone want het is deze moeite echt niet waard om een €200,- te besparen.
