We have high ceilings in our laundry room. This drying rack allows us to hang things without using floor space. It seems sturdy and works well. Be aware it’s somewhat complicated to mount, especially if you don’t want to rely on dry wall anchors.

A great solution for our off-grid tiny house set up. I mounted it in a 2x4 and mounted that onto the beams of our roof’s overhang. Just what i needed to add more drying space. Time will tell how the metal will hold up (we live in the tropics, so no cold but lots of wind and rain). You definitely need to use springed clothespins, as the hanging bars are quite thick. Also, it’s not totally rock solid, so be prepared for some movement.

So bought this in mid 2021 and was great. Saved space etc. now for no reason it will not go up and down anymore. The clutch seems to be slipping when you pull the chain. You can hear it slipping. Don’t want to pull too hard as whole unit may come crashing down. Now it’s just stuck in one position. Something to think about if you’re looking. EDIT: contacted seller and explained what happened, wondering what the warranty was on the product. I was told 2 years from purchase so they are sending me a new clutch unit. Definitely awesome customer service, and just based on that I have to raise the original rating. Hopefully it’ll last longer as this is really useful in my situation. 5 stars for customer service

I know it seems crazy but in my tiny space the ceiling drying rack really helps out. I use it everyday. Seems to be good quality and sturdy. It was a bit tricky to put together but in the end it’s up and doing its job!! Love it A good investment!

Pretty Impressive This is a clever and astonishingly well built rack. It basically uses a roller shade like mechanism to raise and lower a 22" x 60" drying rack right up to the ceiling. I comes with a mounting template that allows you to correctly position the 2 small mounting brackets that the rack attaches to. If you are going into ceiling joists as I was, be sure to drill a pilot hole and avoid using an impact driver. I broke the first screw off trying to drive into the bottom of a TJI. Once the brackets are up, you screw together a few parts and mount the frame. All this happens from one end, the other end just slips onto the bracket. I would test fit the roller mechanism into the bracket that attaches to the frame on the ground, it was a little finicky getting it on from the ladder. You must have it off to screw the frame to the mounting bracket on the ceiling. The rest of the assembly is pretty straight forward, you will want a level to set the string lengths as that controls how plumb and square the rack is to the ceiling when raised. If you look. online you can find videos of the installation procedure made by Foxdry The quality of the hardware included is very good, stainless steel button head socket cap screws, the 2 required allen wrenches are included. We bought the 150cm version. It is rated at 10kg or 22 lbs of wet laundry, I wouldn't plan on hanging sheets and blankets on this. For shirts, pants and most other clothing is is fine. We ordered this on a Thursday morning and it arrived in Michigan on the following Monday, from Italy. I kid you not, this is a 5 ft x 1 ft x 6 inch box weighing maybe 10 lbs that was sent via FedEx 2 day from Italy, I hope it was an aberration because I can't imagine how the could make any money on it otherwise.

After we unpacked it, we realized all the hardware was missing. We just moved and it’s been sitting in my laundry room waiting to be put together. Now it’s too late for return!

I adore my Foxydry. I used to use a fold out thing to hang my clothes on that sat in my bedroom while everything dried (and until I put all the clothes away!). I hated looking at it! With the Foxydry, our drying clothes are now out of sight. We hung it above our laundry sink so the wet items can drip dry. I put a small fan under it when I want clothes to dry faster. I load it up with tons of clothes, and I haven't had any issues. I would not put a rug or something that heavy, but I put wet jeans over it each week. 4 years later, the only issue I had were that some bolts were falling off because they came loose. We had it installed by our contractor, so I can't speak to how easy it is to install. It is easy for me to use from my wheelchair, and it enables me to hang clothes up high and out of the way even though I can't stand.

It is a major space saver. But it does feel delicate. Any rough tug or pull may bend the metal. Which may effect the way the device works

Super. Pranie je majda się po głowie. Wygodny podnośnik, idzie jak po maśle. Trochę trudno zamontować.

Facile à monter et super pratique car il permet de faire sécher son linge en gardant la pièce dégagée. Ce qui est dommage, c’est le poids maximum de chargement qui n’est pas très élevé. J’ai une machine de 8kg et je ne peux pas mettre tout dessus. Par contre pour des 6-7 kg c’est parfait

Ho acquistato la misura 152 cm sono veramente soddisfatto del prodotto che oltre ad essere una struttura molto resistente, è anche molto facile e intuitiva nel montaggio.......molto utile la dima preforata per segnare sul soffitto il punto preciso dove bucare con il trapano.........lo spazio effettivo utile per stendere i panni è di 140 cm circa considerando l'ingombro del sistema a carrucola e strutture laterali dx e sx..... comunque moltiplicato x 8 tubi si ottengono più di 11 metri di filo per stendere......TOP
