This phone is easy to use and very good for people with difficulty hearing

Brought this for my mum ,it is ideal for her the big buttons help her a lot .A loud ring tone and the price is value for money .I would recommend this phone for the elderly ideal gift for them .

Risked a few quid on this cheap brand but shouldn't have bothered. Bought for elderly father and had nothing but problems. Initial grievance you couldn't Port contacts but need to individually type in and save each one separately.Biggest issue is other people not being able to connect with you. Either no ring tone or going to voicemail. People complaining that they have been unable to connect thinking my dad was always busy. Conversely my dad struggled to connect to anyone either. Crap phone that has now found a new home in the waste bin as unable to return it.

I bought this just for my work. I already have a smart phone and just needed one for calls. The phone is ok, I forgot how long it takes to text on one of these phones, a nightmare!The cradle charger is a good idea but it wobbles and charging keeps going on and off if slightly moved. It will do.

Simple basic phone for my mother in her 80s that's not good with technology..

Defiantly a phone for the seniors, with the big numbers and a very loud ringtone ,A small compact size but very easy to navigate ,bough for my 92yr old neighbor ,who is not the most tec savy person, but he can use it with ease ,long battery time and a very sensible charging cradle .4g makes it much faster than his old phone and the SOS button gives him comfort that if anything should happen to him help is never far away.all in all a very reasonable price and always that Amazon back up I would rate it 5 Star.

This is a good phone for older people who don’t need anything but a device to just make phone calls. It is quite easy to use and the single button calling feature is useful. The only slight problem is the power on and off is on the same button as the call end so pressing it Too long accidentally powers the phone off.

Lasted only 6 months before battery packed up
