Good fit
I have trouble with tendons in my thumb. So, I needed some type of brace that I can wear that helped protect them and I was able to perform my usual house duties. This is perfect. The strap around the thumb is what is protecting the small bone on my inner thumb.Easy to put on or take off. Helps stabilize my thumb while I'm doing certain things.I just hand wash and let it air dry.

This is a Wrist and Thump SUPPORT...
First and foremost, this is not a brace. It is a wrist and thumb support.Packaging is nice. It comes in a nicely designed box and inside a plastic sheath that has a little sticky layer to keep the product "sealed."There are zero instructions for use. It does have instructions on the outside of the box on how to wash properly. Basically, hand wash with mild soap in warm water and air dry. Simple.Wearing the support strap is easy enough. And it easily switches between right and left hands, which I think was pretty slick.Functionally, it isn't a wrist or thumb brace. It supports the wrist and thumb. The strap for the wrist and the strap for the thumb are made from Velcro. They can be cinched snug so that your wrist and thumb are supported. I was able to type, do laundry, change clothes, etc. without issue. And, it just so happens that I have a wrist injury, which is why I wanted to try it out in the first place.I feel confident that the support strap won't get in the way with everyday activities but does offer some support to keep your wrist and/or thumb from over articulating. But it does not prevent you from articulating your wrist or thumb in any direction. The material is comfortable and, as I mentioned, is washable.I'm giving it 4 stars because I'd like to have a little more support. But, it does do exactly what is says it will do. And, because of that, I do recommend it!

Helps my mommas arthritis
My momma suffers from arthritis due to driving a school bus for the past eternity. It’s a big pain from her wrist to her thumb every time she moves it a certain way. Since she doesn’t have much time to heal it, this brace has been an attractive option. It’s not like most braces where your whole hands mobility is impaired. This one really just keeps your wrist and thumb from stretching in the wrong ways.I would defiantly recommend this for folks with tendon issues or arthritis in the thumb.

Perfect amount of wrist support and still have complete hand function!
I have several wrist support bands and wrist braces. I have arthritis which acts up unpredictably. I never had a wrist support that was comfortable enough to wear throughout the day and still have complete function in my hand. This support provides just the right amount to stabilize my wrist, both adjustable velcro straps are strong and the support itself is compact, fits comfortably under my long sleeve shirts. Good quality material and I really like that the outside trim has a thick soft lining so it doesn't chafe the skin next to my thumb (in between thumb and index finger). This is by far my favorite wrist support out of the 4 that I already had!

Don't find it comfortable
The quality is pretty decent with a caveat about some of the stitching areas where it's a bit rough on the skin (wish it was covered or stitched where the skin isn't touching). I had to rate this down because I honestly couldn't take wearing it more than 10 minutes. I wanted to make my hand rest more after getting fatigued with texting/phone and noticing pain and soreness in my wrist and thumb area. The placement of the edge boning where you slide in your thumb puts pressure (when wrapped) on the inner wrist and I just couldn't get used to it poking into me. I tried adjusting and by the time it was comfortable enough to avoid the rough/itchy stitches and boning, it was so loose it wasn't effective. I have thin wrists so maybe it's just not meant for small/normal boned people.
