This is a very nice laminated instructional poster. Only complaint is a couple of creased/bent corners.

This product does not appear to be new, and if it is it was very POORLY packaged. This is what the product looked like just out of the box. Unacceptable. Who sends a poster completely folded in half, especially for the price?!
