Inexpensive and did the job. Could be constructed better.
This cleaner is half the price of the ones my employer sometimes provides. The quality of the mechanism explains the difference in price, but the cleaning ribbon itself is comparable... and it's the ribbon that does the cleaning, right?The neck of the device is wider than I'm used to, but not the widest I've used. So far, all my MPO ports have been spaced far enough apart that it hasn't been a problem. I am happy that the end cap does not have a retaining piece, as those really get in the way on denser panels. Just don't lose the cap.

Great for dacs
I recently moved my desk audio setup and accidentally introduced dust into the fiber optic port and cable this cleaner tool seems to have fixed the occasional drop in signal I was having is very simple to use. The wand can go I to the port itself or clean the end of the cable it's larger than I expected but it works great.
