I love this
I really really love this dishwasher. I had no idea that countertop dishwashers existed, or I would have purchased one five years ago when I moved into my house with no dishwasher. I have a decent sized kitchen, but there is no room for a regular dishwasher even if I removed one of the cabinets. Having a dishwasher again is so satisfying. I work a lot and do a lot of meal preps. Even though I live alone, between me and the furballs, I create mountains of dishes.I have no other countertop dishwasher to compare this too, but I can tell you that I absolutely love it. I love that it has a window, oddly satisfying to watch lol. It fits with about a 2 inch clearance from my cabinets. The way around that to pour water in the top is to turn it, fill it, then turn it back. Easy enough. It also has a hose to link up to your faucet but it doesn't fit mine so I got a little bummed about that at first. Can get an attachment, but I think I like just filling the reservoir instead so that frees up my faucet to clean bigger pots that won't fit...or doing other things. The drain hose goes to your sink held by a suction cup. But if you are in an RV or some situation without a sink, you can direct the hose to a bucket. Totally portable.I purchased gel pack soap and they dissolve just fine. But I dont think you really need that much soap so it might be a waste. Naturally I bought a huge box of them, but when they run out I will probably go with a liquid so I don't waste because it really does not need that much. You can really fit a lot into this little machine. Bunches of glassware. Can get a few full sized dinner plates. Bowls. Saucepans fit ok, but the handles make them take up too much room. I have frying pans that have detachable handles so I can actually fit a few of those in at once and stick the handles on the top rack. You CAN stick a soup pot in the bottom as long as you remove the top rack, although it pretty much takes up the entire inside. The normal cycle takes an hour and dries for an hour. But the nice thing is that it has air refresh and will keep your dishes fresh until you unload. It is going to save money for my water bill in the long run. To hand wash a bunch of dishes would take up way more than 3 liters of the water that it takes to fill up the reservoir. And the dishes come out squeaky clean and spot free just like a full sized dishwasher. BTW, the reservoir will beep when it is full, which is exactly three of the included pitchers full of water. Make sure you fill first before starting. It will let you know that there is not enough water in the tank, but it will start automatically as soon as you pour enough water in, which is great, but if you are like me that needs to maneuver the machine back into its spot, you are now moving it while it is running. Not a con, I would just rather not move it while it is running. The upper rack silverware tray... I wish it were a lower rack stand up type like a full sized dishwasher. I feel like you can get more silverware in. It has slots to put in each individual piece of silverware. I alternate directions of each piece so I can get more in and they all come out looking great. Long knives I place diagonally on either rack. You wouldn't think that the "jet" streams are powerful enough to clean...I had a travel coffee mug that I forgot in the car over the weekend. Pretty yucky. I rinsed it a little and put it and the lid in the dishwasher with the rest of my load, thinking this is the ultimate test. Came out perfectly clean.Definitely serving its purpose. I have had it for a few weeks now and I am over the top happy with it.

Worth it!!
I have been very happy with how clean my dishes come out! I wouldn't use it on the counter top though. Let's be honest, if you have enough counter space for something like this, you could probably have a built in dish washer... I bought the cart suggested by Amazon. $65.00 and it is very sturdy. Love this cart! The dishwasher isn't too noisy, the water tank is easy to fill. I love the cycle options. The express wash is 28 minutes plus dry time and works great. Happy customer so far! Super easy to use especially when using the cart with it.

Stopped after 6 months
Gor this in mid October, mid March it stopped working. No I had a power outage the day before it died so I don't know if that was the cause or was it something else. But regardless of the issue it stopped working about 6 months after buying it. While it worked it did really good. After a few months it seemed to get loud when drying but no so bad that it was a real issue. Regardless this was a good little dishwasher for the two of us in the house. I only did 4 stars as it did stop after only 6 months.

Excellent at cleaning everything.
Pros:Cleans extremely well.Gentle on dishes.Heated Air drying is the best. Can fit large dinner plateswater-efficientWash cycles are quick compared to my larger built-in dishwasher.rinse aid is not neededCons:Detergent depended. Stick to using pods and powders. Liquid detergent will leave dishes cloudy.Cooking utensils can't fit on the top rack.It is also power-hungry. A full cycle, including drying, uses 650 watts, triple the power consumption of a full-size washing machine.Other thoughts:Using pods in a small machine like this can be expensive, try cutting them in half!Seriously, don't try using a rinse aid, it can cause foaming which can damage the machine. The noise level is about the same as a full-size freestanding dishwasher. The unit is taller than others, measure your cabinet space before purchasing!

Best investment when having a baby
Update: stopped working after 4 months. I ran it every other day for 4 months and it stopped working. Trying to get in contact with their support, but their number goes to a mailbox. When having my second child, one thing I knew I didn’t want to do again was hand wash bottles and pump parts. This model seemed to be bigger than the others. It fits 24 hours worth of bottles and pump parts, and had plenty of room for the bottle accessory basket. I like the top rack for flanges, collars, and bottle caps. The manual states the hottest it gets is 167 degrees Fahrenheit on the heavy cycle, so it doesn’t sterilize. But I used this on my newborn from day one with no issues (my newborn my full term and born healthy). Some bottles tend to do backflips during the wash cycle so I go in and dump the excess water before the air dry cycle. I love that I get to put away dry and clean bottles at the very end. It is a lifesaver with a new baby.

Excellent works very well like a full size dishwasher. Uses very little water around 3 gallons total per load.
