I wanted these to help with energy level and I have found h tho is has improved and do slightly every time I take them I realise I do feel like doing the stuff I couldn’t be bothered to before.They are small round tablets and easily swallowed. I have noticed an improvement in libido as well although it wasn’t something I was looking to improve I can’t think of any other reason why, and it feels healthy for the body.

9000mg sounds like a whopping dose, but that is 9000mg if you take six capsules. So basically each capsule is actually 1500mg. So the fact that there are 360 capsules sounds like a huge amount, but if you are taking six a day then it is only two month supply. The recommended dose per day says two to six capsules, so the 9000mg does seem a little misleading. Other similar supplements seem to need few capsules per day for a similar dose, so it is a little confusing, which is why I gave it four rather than five.

This is a very easy to take supplement and you can adjust the dose by taking less than the daily 6 tablets if you want.They do have a bit of an unpleasant flavour if you keep them in the mouth for too long but they don't leave any aftertaste in the throat or mouth.They can have some side effects if you take certain medication such as SSRIs so consult with your doctor before taking them.

Really happy with this product despite the initial Dissapointment with the packaging. It looked like an old bottle was used and that the lable had been replaced very badly, leaving a lot of sticky residue behind.This naturally affects the credibility and made me wonder if I was actually getting what it said on the pack. Deposite that, I have been taking this regularly and have started to notice the benefits in my circulation.

I've been using ginkgo biloba, on and off, for years. Since I did my GCSEs, in fact. I read somewhere that ginkgo biloba is good for memory and concentration, and that really appealed at exam time. These supplements are easy to take─as I always say, if you have swallowing issues, try taking the supplements directly after food─there is a flavour, but it's not unpleasant, and the supplements can be worked into a routine really easily. Recommended.

So far seems to work well just like any other brand. Its good value and helps concentrate when i go to work.I wouldn't call it a "energy" thing but it does seem to give me more mental energy. It also.helps to quieten my busy mind to be more streamlined.They are quite easy to swollow, i was worried they would be too big but they aren't. Just swollow it quick with a glass water as i find it doesnt take long to taste it and jts not that pleasant to taste, so best take quickly.if it bothers.

Don't like additional indigrient

I was drawn to these tablets as I’ve long heard about Gingko’s supposedly beneficial effects on brain function and memory etc but never actually tried any. At the very least, the tablets contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatories.As is typical with supplement manufacturers, the headline “9000mg” dose is only achieved by taking 6 capsules daily, so in reality, the 360 capsules constitute 60 days’ supply at the recommended “serving size”. The standardised extraction method, at 50:1, yields 30mg per tablet from 1500mg of leaves, so 6 tablets gets you to the “9000mg”.The tablets are really quite small at about 7mm/~0.25” diameter. They shouldn’t be any bother for people to swallow. They are a little bitter if you suck on them – but why would you? I’ve been taking them for a week or so and not had any ill effects.
