Gynecomastia compression undershirt features true compression for the upper body and chest area for noticeably slimmer looking results. It woks better because it features a woven panel added to the top front part inside of the shirt to more effectively flatten the chest than regular compression shirts. It may seem a little precarious to put on at first but is relatively comfortable once it’s on as it targets the area it is needed most. This man boob shirt fits correctly based on size and desire for increased results so you should get the size you normally wear but they are tight fitting. It is cut wider and the hips so it stays smoother at the bottom and is more comfortable and doesn't really ride up when tucked in. The white color is UVEIL fabric which has UV protection, SPF50+, increased cooling properties and is non see through. The color black is made with regular compression material. Both are 80% polyester and 20% spandex. This garment features re-enforced cover stitching over the seams for increased comfort and durability. Moisture wicking fabric with the cool touch technology makes this shirt better in the heat for all day comfort. Its technical fabric properties work with out the use of chemicals so they won't wash out. UVEIL sun protection fabric works to create a virtual shade with a micro knit and very fine yarn to create shade with a sun protection factor of over 50. Just perfect for my son!
Just what we were looking for. My son has nipples that protrude, and we were looking for a compression shirt with a v-neck, so he could wear it under any shirt. This shirt works perfectly -- not too hot, not too bulky. It is tight by design, but we ended up ordering a size Large, when he usually floats between medium and small. He feels a lot more confident while wearing this shirt and no longer hunches over, or pulls his shirt out away from his chest. In fact, the other day he tucked his shirt in -- a first. And I think this has saved me money; there are a lot of shirts he wouldn't wear before, since they drew attention to his problem. I bought two, to last through laundry day, but I may buy one more. Good workmanship, fast delivery, and importantly, this is the ONLY compression shirt I found on Amazon with a v-neck, which unlike a crew neck, won't be visible under any shirt!

Flattens chest like no other compression shirt.
Just got my compression shirt in size large.I wear xl in tshirts and 2xl in soccer jerseys. My first impression is this is a great compression shirt.Unique in its design. I did initially have trouble putting it on..so i had my son help me get it on. I usually use compression shirts in size medium to flatten my moobies. Sometimes i even wear 2 compression shirts to flatten my chest so i am comfortable to go out in public. This shirt really flattens my chest. It does feel a lil snug, and would take a lil getting used to. The chest area has an extra piece of fabric that doesnt stretch like the rest of the shirt. In turn, flattening my chest. I just tried it on with one of my soccer jerseys...and boy oh boy do i look great with them on. Jerseys can be unflattering on me with my moobies. Im amazed right now! I am looking forward to buying one in my normal xl size. I think even then its going to provide flattening. Sizing down one size would also work, but if your alone be careful getting it on...have someone your comfortable with to help you get it on. I hope to add some pics to give reference

Perfect! I wish I had found these sooner.
Instantly gave my son his confidence back! He stopped covering up with hoodies and jackets. He stopped hunching over and is walking confident with chest up and back straight. Now we have to make him put a jacket on... it is cold out! 😀Like another reviewer noted, he is wearing shirts that he just wouldn’t wear before. He had completely stopped wearing his polo shirts. It’s just amazing to see the difference. These garments should get us thru puberty. I bought 2 and ordered 3 more.

It does the job perfectly. It’s tight but your body will adjust to it quickly.
When you put this compression vest on it’s going to be tight. Don’t be shocked, give it a chance, your body wiIl adjust to the tight feeling quickly. As soon as you put it on you’re going feel it digging into your underarms. I started growing moobs because of some medicine I started taking. Normally I wear a 2XL T-Shirt so I ordered 2XL Vest. If you wear a 3XL you might have to go look some where else. I don't think this brand has any bigger vests. If your back sweats wait until you stop sweating before you try and take it off. It’s hard to get off with your back is wet. Good luck to you!!

Great compression shirt
These are the best compression shirts I have found, and I have tried 4-5 different brands. If you are looking for a stomach compression this is NOT the brand for you. However, if you want to compress your upper torso and chest this is the BEST!!!

Best of its kind
This is much better than most. The top is tight and compressive, while the bottom half is not. It's pretty slick material, so your shirt will not get bunched up on it. Also, the overall thickness is quite normal, in contrast with the wetsuit-type shirts I have tried in the past. Not perfect (the seam can show with light shirts), but well worth trying.

Works for nonbinary folks too.
I bought this as a replacement for traditional binders. It does the job and compresses my chest! It doesn't make me completely flat though, which is what some folks might be looking for. I bought a small because I am short statured and smaller than most cis men. Cup size is 36/38 D for reference if there are any other nonbinary/trans folks looking for alternatives to binding. It doesn't completely compress my hips and stomach but it does have an overall slimming affect. I would recommend! I'll probably buy a medium next for a more relaxed fit.
