Excellent product and price
Tasteless, odorless, comes in an easily resealable bag. In short, it’s doing everything it’s supposed to do. Inulin provides healthful fiber to smoothies, hot homemade cocoa, and puddings. This brand is priced well and I’ll be buying it again. Provides.

Excellent Inulin powder made from Jerusalem artichokes/sunchokes.
I purchased this inulin powder to make yogurt. It was fresh, dissolved easily into my half and half, and helped create the perfect yogurt. I have made several batches with this inulin powder and have been pleased every time! This will be my go to when I run out. Highly recommend Anthony’s Organic Inulin Powder!

Nice inulin
This inulin is nice! I used it half and half for my yogurt and it worked great. One half was another inulin. It worked great.

Heals Leaky Gut, Keeps you Feeling Full All Day!
I take this, along with B. Coagulans, to heal leaky gut and it works great! I love that I get this in bulk for a great price too. I find that it has virtually no taste or smell and it dissolvess well in my water. I take 4-6 grams daily. I feel very full, I have to remind myself to eat meals and small snacks to keep my metabolism up. I am also giving it to my dogs now. One of them has bad allergies (possibly also from leaky gut) and she was constantly wanting treats. Now she feels full and isn't whining for food all day long.

Perfect!
Very nice product. I use it for making my own Greek-style yogurt. Another brand I was using clumped up really badly and it would take a lot of stirring to break up but this brand seems to work better. The inulin is a prebiotic that feeds the probiotics I use in the yogurt making process. It is a very fine powder so it mixes readily in milk. There is a slight sweet taste to it which helps with the yogurt not being too sour once made. I'm glad I switched to Anthony's. I use other Anthony's products too because I find them to be of good quality.
